My children were enrolled here for a year or so. We didn't have many issues, though the kids spent most of their morning just watching movies or TV shows quietly on the carpet. They weren't really encouraged to play or be creative, mostly just pacified with a screen. I discontinued their enrollment when they had a staffing issue that prevented me from dropping off my kids on the way to work. There was no communication or forewarning; I was simply told that someone didn't come to work, the director was unreachable, and that there was no one present or available in the near future to watch the kids. I had to call off work literally 5 minutes before I was contracted to clock in. If you are a working parent you know what a nightmare this is. We properly terminated our enrollment there and arranged alternate childcare plans. We properly paid our last two weeks, but after our kids had stopped going there they continued to charge us. We called the director who assured us it would be taken care of, and that the extra charges were an error that would be corrected. However, that extra charge was later sent to a debt collector and we paid it anyway months later.
My boys started daycare in 2019, and its almost like we have gained an additional family. I absolutely love the staff and everyone is so welcoming. Stephanie and Davincent do a great job and have always assisted me with whatever I have needed or asked of them. My sons teachers have all been good to them, and I have never had a bad feeling. In my opinion it's the best educare there is. Thank you so much to the staff for always being so good to my babies and myself !!!!
I absolutely LOVE educate on navarre. My children have been attending on and off for 6 years. They are 7,4,2 and 8 months. We have tried other centers due to distance or hours but none made us feel as safe and secure as this location. I refer anyone looking for child care here. My kids love to go. The staff is friendly, trustworthy, and compassionate. Their open communication with the parents is amazing.
My kids LOVE it here !! been going for the past two years and absolutely love the teachers. They are all the same teachers as when my kids started so they’ve been able to get to know and get comfortable with them there. The teachers all love their jobs & We love all of them! 10/10 recommended 😊
Professional, trustworthy, reliable Personally, it takes a lot for me to trust anyone with my kids but I have a sense of relief when they are here and believe they are in good hands. All of the staff are great and my kids love it.
