This process is so lengthy and such a nightmare to deal with. My case worker is sweet but you shouldn’t be calling peoples employers, having employers sign these forms, if you don’t even have the funds…my last case worker actually told my employer I was approved. I was then put on a waitlist for several weeks. My employer now expects me to have childcare assistance because of this offices constant lies. I was then “approved” just to be denied because my daughters birth certificate is ripped (you can still see the names and dates and seal just fine) they keep wanting more and more and more just to deny me anyway, to the point where I now have to quit my job because I don’t have childcare. This place has made it significantly more challenging than needed.

Whomever came up with the system for this program can not be the sharpest or have a clue what a single mother in need of daycare has to go through. Everyone doesn't have an extended family to depend on while it takes literal weeks and months to get a voucher from this program. How do you work when you can't get daycare, how do you look for a job when you can't get daycare? They must want a lot of homeless mothers and children. This whole system needs to be scrapped and drastically improved, the hoops and wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Also daycare shouldn't be more than someones rent monthly, how are people supposed to survive. The people who created and are running this program should be fired and made to go through this ridiculous process. Maybe then they will get it.

This is a crappy company they have a crappy system. They don't care about your children. My child had a speech delay. They gave me the wrong reapplied date and now her voucher has been cut off and now she can't attend school because it's so expensive for the school that she goes to weekly. Now she has to be put on a waiting list to take days weeks months awful this is place very awful

They are making it very complicated for the renewal process. I was met with attitude and frustration when I called for clarification. You have to break things down for them and explain it in layman’s terms for them to grasp it. Due to the lack of customer service, I am now scrambling to get things turned in. They keep rejecting my renewal saying missing docs but not telling me what I’m missing. I spoke with someone and clarified multiple times what to turn in and she agreed, rejected my renewal again with no explanation on what was wrong. It is now a day past the due date of my renewal and I have to pray I’m able to keep my voucher because I’m still a working mother. The system is against those of us who do right and it’s frustrating

I submitted my internet service as proof of residency. The application was denied saying my new address was not up there. For the denied application there was not an edit button to resubmit only to download the app that was rejected therefore I did another application. I get approved and then receive an email the certificate was rescinded because of a duplicate application but there was not an edit button until after they sent me the email. I then upload the same document I did to get approved for the application they deemed invalid and get denied. They are stupid!! No other way to put it.
