What Parents Say
Early Steps Child Development Center III receives mostly positive reviews praising clean facilities, attentive staff, and educational activities. However, one parent reported serious safety concerns including their child being bullied, sustaining multiple injuries on the first day, and staff failing to notice or address the incidents.
If you’re a parent in need of a daycare facility for your child; I HIGHLY recommend this one. The facility is always clean, the staff members work diligently in taking care of all of the children, and parent requests is always met. Parents are never left out of any activities or important information that needs to be thoroughly communicated. Staff members move accordingly to ensure the safety of all children and help to enhance their motor skills. Activities usually includes: learning how to read, write, count, color, learn the alphabet, and work with eye and hand coordination. This is the perfect environment for child. My kids absolutely love this daycare.
Ms V was my daughter’s very first full time caregiver. She took care of my girl like she was her own! Ms V was incredibly hands on creating memories and keepsakes I have 5 years later. I was a young, single working mom not familiar with how to properly vet childcare providers. Stumbling onto Ms V was truly a blessing! From the very first meeting she gave me all of the information I didn’t know I needed to feel comfortable. My daughter was happy going to stay with her every morning, and had obviously been well cared for at pickup. She has been and always will be my go-to the times when I have needed care while in town.
I brought my kids hear last minute. Best thing that ever happened to me and my family. The director and her team have taken great care of my children and have always had a welcoming and warm environment. I would recommend this day care to absolutely anyone. Truly can't say enough good about this place and the team that works here.
I really have dreaded leaving this reviews. The workers and the owner were nice but what happened to my son was unacceptable. My son started on a Wednesday and on his first day he came home with a busted lip. None of the teachers even noticed or knew what happened. He missed Thursday and went on Friday. On Friday when he was picked up he had approx 15 bug bites, 12 bruises, and 6 open scratches. The teachers once again did not even notice and had no idea what happened. Eventually my son did tell me that he was being beaten up by another kid in his class. The teachers have no idea what is going on. While they are nice to you that is not enough. When your child goes to school they should be protected and taken care of and they are not even watching them or paying attention to the children. Obviously after this I pulled my son from the school and notified them. They never did anything to address the problem except say they are supposed to fill out sheets that they never did. They also had a Covid outbreak while he attended which they never informed me of because I took him out of school. I felt that this was not a safe environment for my child and it has left him with trauma.
My grandson attends the child care and it’s not just a glorified daycare. Ms Z teach the kids their abc’s 123’s. My Ace has grown so much since he has been apart of this child care.
