If i could give zero STARSS ! The staff is soo rude and mean . A friend of mine sent their daughter there havent even been a full week . just to come pick her up hearing her scream & cry from the other room in a high chair just strapped ! Where are the adults nobodys watching her . && dont get me started on the director so rude && very unprofessional!
My daughter has just started going here, and I LOVE it. I looked at 6-7 other daycares and none seemed as comforting, personal as this one. The owner and the coordinator (Aurora) are both very sweet. They made me feel secure in that my daughter would be well taken care of. I don't want someone to watch her, I want someone to love her. To make sure she's okay, to comfort her. They do that here. The lady who cares for the infants is wonderful, I trust her as much as I trust any member of my family. She truly cares about the babies she cares for, and it shows! Definitely recommend this place, especially as a new mom with severe anxiety. They know what they are doing!
My children have attended this daycare for a little over a year. I’ve never had any complaints whatsoever. This daycare was a saving grace after having to pull my children from two other daycares prior to this one. My children love Mr. Rodney. Ms Shay and Ms Aiesha are my favorites💕

The owner/director is willing to handle issues with violence per his "handle it like a man" at his personal address as opposed to handling it like a CHILD CARE PROFESSIONAL and discussing the issues at hand. This is TERRYFING that any parent would be willing to let their child be in his care. Further - they leave children in high chairs alone in a room and unattended? So they can clean? That's not a thing. You have a primary caregiver and then a second individual there to clean. This is so scary that this facility is allowed to run. Think twice before enrolling. I await a response from the owner explaining why violence is an OK answer to an issue.
If I could give no star I would. DON’T bring your kids here unless you want them to come home with a diaper rash so bad that they won’t even sit down in the tub due to the pain. And when ask to see the camera for that day to see if your child is being changed you get the run around.
