We were promised our child would never be kicked out or excluded from their preschool program. They were very discriminatory against our child for their behavior and refused to help them or find us resources. They apparently don't take kids with IEPs, disabilities based on behavioral problems. The culture and attitudes were very vile and cruel. We had Teacher aides totally giving our child dirty looks and making rude comments about him, making him feel unwelcome simply because they didn't want to take care of him. The director and the female Darcy Evans under her, promised to get him help and support for the following school year. Darcy was very patronizing and intimidating to me when I was busy trying to love and protect my child. Not helpful. I had all my ducks in a row and had my child set up for services and they completely cut us off at the last minute making us (myself) scramble for childcare 3 weeks before school would've started! Very frustrating! Can't trust the staff on their word.
Does not call law enforcement when people break no contact orders for the child and will treat you like you abuse your child when the child obviously hurts herself likewise at school for stupid reasons. Will not communicate with you on concerns. And I had to pull the child from the summer program for tons of diapers filled to the brim with pee. Do not send here if your child is anywhere on a spectrum. Or not bubble wrapped.
My son has been going here since he was 7 weeks old! I absolutely love the teachers and the staff! The classrooms are very welcoming to parents! I couldn't be happier!
