Early Impressions At Blackrock INC

I wasn't going to post a review but at this point it is warranted. I pulled my son for a host of reasons primarily every time I would go inside to pick him up teachers were yelling at the students. There was also miscommunication about changes in the schedule that led me not knowing where my son was on multiple occasions. Although these things bothered me I didn't think they warranted a review. Fast forward, I have been trying to get my sons paperwork for taxes. They said it would be ready by the end of January avaliable at the front desk. I have called multiple times to see if they are avaliable, they won't answer the phone, call back after leaving a voicemail or open the door so I can come inside and grab it. Yes, I'm standing outside ringing the doorbell multiple times without any answer. It honestly feels like retaliation for pulling my son which is wild. Altogether the experience was not what I expect from a daycare center. So 0/10 recommend.

My daughter attends the BlackRock Location. She is 4, we love Early Impressions . Ms Meagan, Ms Chelsea Ms Carla, Ms Teala, Ms,Boo and so many more amazing ladies have been so wonderful. I love that they have a cafeteria with a child size sink that everyone washes hands before eating. Teaching transitioning and good hygiene at the same time. They have such a open policy that's transparent. Not to mention the Dance studio. My daughter gets to attend Ballet and tap during the week while she is at daycare. Ms Lenna is such a patient and high energy dance teacher. I look forward to many more years.

My family has been a part of Blackrock since 2014. I truly confide in the staff from Sonia the director to sweet Chef Cheryl who makes sure all our kiddos are enjoying warm meals. It’s also so much fun to see my youngest daughter come home and play pretend with all her teachers using her dolls. It shows us how much she enjoys the interaction especially with the teachers. While doing so it proves to us that she’s exceeding in all of her learning benchmarks along with her communication and socializing skills. Communication is key and I have that with her peers as they really have an open door policy. They've helped us through the rough potty training stage and are now preparing her for PRe k 4 with Mrs. Robin. Another plus is the convenience of the Vibe after school care and the extra activities offered. We participated in Ms. Lenna’s dance studio and my girls absolutely loved every class. The recitals are always so much fun regardless the age group. I will continue to advocate for Blackrock as they have exceeded each and every one of my expectation. Kudos to Blackrock!

We've sent two children here for the last year and a half and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We looked at several other daycare options and Early Impressions was by far the best. Great value, but more importantly, amazing teachers. I can't say enough positive things about the staff - they care, they are responsive and I know may children are in good hands with them. I know my children are learning not just based on the assignments/crafts, projects they bring home daily, but simply because they are excited to tell me what they are doing each day!

Our kids have been going to the Blackrock location for the last few years and have loved all their teachers. The director, Ms. Sonia is absolutely wonderful too! My daughter, who in VPK currently with Ms. Robin, has been so excited about her teacher and loves learning. She is always coming home talking about all the new things she learns including her site words and their different topics (this week was ocean life).
