This place is disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I’ve been living here for a year now and although the rent amount worked for me for the year, this is not a place I would ever recommend or come back to once I leave. The office staff is HORRIBLE. Attitude wise, problem solving (or not solving in this case), and response time wise. I’ve been hung up on while trying to get things fixed in my apartment and just recently they had their staff attempt to change the locks on my apartment door without informing me and under incorrect circumstances at that. Do not get me started on the amount of ROACHES we deal with. It’s so gross. Honestly makes me want to just up and leave if I could. I’m not over exaggerating either with the amount of roaches. I could keep going and going like having to go 3 days without water and no one answering the office phone, etc but if I did I’d write a book. Do not live here.

Please do not spend your money here they have a roach infestation. They have rats there is no one in the office for you to talk to when you try to leave and get rental history proof to go to another property. They won’t give it to them. They will not respond to emails. They will not respond to phone calls, this is the worst living experience I have ever had. My apartment has mold. My bathtub is chipping and cracking and there’s mold in the chips and cracks that nobody will fix. Their office is not even on site at the property. You have to drive across town to try to talk to someone and nobody has ever there to talk to you. This is outrageous.

Selina in the office is GREAT as well as the other staff that I have had to deal with. The price is affordable and the neighbors are great. They have all kinds of different events to bring the neighbors closer and have after school programs for kids who parents work, they really care about their residents. I have heard stories of the past management and how happy other residents are with the management. I have had an issue a couple times with my AC unit which were out of their control but they came and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time to fix it. All in all I would say Dwell is a good community.

I have lived here for Nine Years and at my age peace is very important to me. This is the most peaceful place I have lived in my 55 years of life! The staff is exceptional. Ms Darlene The manager of the complex is awesome she handles every situation I have encountered which arent many, but nonetheless when they do arise she handles them with first class service and professionalism. She is usually just a call away and responds very fast. Long story short I am very happy with my home here and you will be as well!

I have been living here since 2012 and I absolutely love it here. The staff and maintenance team are absolutely amazing. I could not ask for a better place to live. Darlene is amazing! If I could give her and apartment 10 stars I would!! They are always on top of things when they need to be done and do them in a speedy and timely manor!! -Mildred-
