Do not move here unless you have no other option this place has horrible management and bug infestations of crickets and roaches. They let me move into an apartment with a bug problem as a mother of 2 small children and one on the way this is unexceptible the floors are loose and broken the building is not up to code and not what I signed up for I have never lived in a place so bad or nasty it smells like mold it makes me want to cry my children deserve better and im on the hunt to live else where I was provided with a unhabitable unit and hope someone else will speak up of these issues so things can change. IT LITERALLY MAKES ME SO EMOTIONAL. FIND A BETTER HOME IF U HAVE FAMILY
Management sucks! Some employees in the office are SO RUDE!!! They will argue with you no matter what. Ignore your concerns or issues within the apartments. Each apartment holder is supposed to get one parking space but one my neighbor has 3 to 4 vehicles in the parking area. Another big thing is that they close the office an hour early. They also give you late notices about visiting your apartment for other updates going on and blame you for not seeing the note on time.
I've applied multiple times and for no good reason one of the girls kept removing me from the waiting list. I personally don't know them or anything. So I don't know why they kept doing that. So I've waited 6 total years and last time I applied and was again removed by the same person. I was called by a different women and she told me name of the person who kept removing me. So I decided to look elsewhere. Not saying names but I was glad to know the person who did wrong. God will give her what she deserves one day for doing people wrong.
We’ve been living here for almost 10 years, they’ve been raising our rent every year without giving an explanation, we either pay or get kicked out, they’ve staff are very passive aggressive and have a bad attitude, these people dont understand that we are LOWER MIDDLE CLASS. we don’t have all the money in the world for them to play with our rent that way. They do not care about the people living here.
Since I've moved here I never had problems. The area I am in is great. The manager in charge does a great at getting things taken care of.
