As a former social worker I stand behind the fact that children deserve to know who their parents are. I also believe that both parents need to contribute towards raising that child. As a single mother I blindly sleeked assistance fir paternity and child support. It was unknown to ne the eveil that my sins father's wife possessed. I received no assistance from this organizational when my life wasdestroyed by the eveil stepmother. The acts of eveil were present in court during child support hearing yet No assistance was given to me. The eveil my son and I were from being chased to work threaten to drop support or else to false charges and multiple harassing calls to my employer. My child has been robbed of his inheritance with n I assistance from any state or private agency. Do NOT FILE IF THE OTHER PARENT IS PETTY OR CAPABLE OF DESTROYING BITH YOU AND YOUR CHILDS LIFE FOR NO REASON BUT TO DO IT
I have been wait on my over payment of child support check sence February here we are in August thay sent it to wrong address i went in and signed 3 affidavit and still know check i think im going talk to a lawyer about sueing them for with holding money from me i callef them 15 times and no answer
does anything at all work properly in louisiana. i mean the only thing that kinda works is if you have fines then its nice and easy to get steam rolled.
Really they call number center is a joke.I was in the child support office an I seen the secretary barely answer the phone. Then the automatic answer service looks like it give you the run around and then put you on hold for a long dam time
would give zero stars if possible. refused to answer the phone and hung up after i waited over 15mins on hold
