It's easily one of the worst daycares I've ever put kids in. My children were bullied, stories were made up about them by the teachers, and they were put in unsafe situations while being transported to and from school. When questioned about the incident reports my son was getting sent home, the teacher changed the story THREE times before finally landing on that it was an accident. My daughter was told to stand up in the moving school van to move seats. The teachers also placed their hands on my children multiple times to the point where my children became AFRAID to go to school. Please do not send your children here. It is not a friendly environment at all.
My son never complained about being here and he’s been coming to this daycare for 3 years. He really loves the ladies there. The staff here really makes him feel welcomed and seems to care which is nice. The connection they have with the Elementary Schools and being able to drop off and pick up makes things so much easier when it comes to parents like myself being able to go work without being late.
My son Jeremi, has been attending this Daycare since he was 1 year old right now he’s about to turn 4. What I love about this daycare they opens @6am closed @6pm I have different schedules so it works with me. I love that all the teachers are so sweet to my son when they have an event they always make sure to celebrate it & for each parent to bring something for their kids. They always find ways for the kids to have fun like having water day on Fridays in the summer, tie die shirt and art a craft that my son comes home with. I have never had a problem with my son acting up or nothing. I highly recommend it I’m a single mother & I was scared at the beginning, but the love the teacher’s give my son means the world to me ♥️
For 3 years I have trusted Drop Of Love. Before, I was excellent, but since the director changed, I no longer feel confident. When Mrs. Lisa was the director, she managed that center very well and took care of the parents and the children. The new director does not know what she is doing, she is disrespectful, she always has bad attitudes and does not put the minimum effort in taking care of the parents and the children. Several times I have seen her outside the center of her having problems with her parents. She is very conflicted. Before, that center was managed very well by Mrs. Lisa, whom we parents miss so much. My children do not feel comfortable with the new principal and new teachers. They also have a teacher who I have heard from other parents that this teacher hits the children and speaks loudly to them. I loved this daycare but now I don't feel safe. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone. Mrs. Ana should not run that center.
They are awesome I have no worries when I drop the girls off...and the girls don't want to leave when time to get them really recommended
