What Parents Say
Dreamland Learning Center receives highly polarized reviews with stark contrasts between experiences. Five parents praise the caring staff, friendly atmosphere, and director Megan/Courtney, while five others report serious safety concerns including lack of incident reporting, inadequate supervision, physical altercations between children, and unprofessional management behavior.
Would not recommend any other daycare, especially the amazing daycare coordinator, Courtney there she is a wonderful staff member. She is always going to be above and beyond for me. She is just truly amazing and a beautiful person. I love her.. highly recommended! Wouldn’t trust me kids anywhere else.
Dreamland learning center is an amazing daycare. I’ve never had a problem with staff. I was very nervous to bring my son into daycare but they made it feel at home. The staff take very good of my son. The staff are always friendly and very open with communication! Affordable prices and the director is amazing! I recommend this daycare very much!
I would love to give zero stars if I could. My friend and coworker has 2 young children at this daycare and they call every day for her to pick up her kids because of behaviors. She is in the process of losing her job. And nobody at this "daycare" wants to show her video footage of the so called "behaviors". Very shady. If your children have any kind of behaviors, don't bring them there unless you want to pick them up again after a few hours and loose your job.
My kids have been going to Dreamland for 3 years. They love it there. Megan the director is amazing. She has always been great to my kids. The staff Are helpful and provided a safe environment for them.
the main daycare manager in the office wouldnt release my own son to me when i showed her my ID i needed to call the police on her. As she was flaying her arms everywhere she called me ignorant and stupid in front of my other two children. She also refused to listen when I told her we call our son by Noah and she kept telling the police I didnt know my own sons name. I was about to go home and get his birth certificate. it was a horrendous experience .. they didnt mind cashing the $ 800.00 check I wrote to them for the year though.. went to channel 10 with this they are setting up an interview. I also had to call dcyf. I will never bring my child back to this horrible unproffessional place. If workers are able to call a parent ignorant in front of eye witnesses and my children then what are they teaching the kids there?
