Child INC. - Payan Street

My child was made to use the bathroom toilet at the same time as children of the opposite sex, with no stall walls to provide ANY privacy from other children nor staff AND in front of giant mirror in a very brightly lit bathroom. There were even parents coming in helping their children in the mornings and other peoples children were using the bathroom right behind us. Talk about awkward! Every child deserves at least a stall wall, maybe not a door for safety precautions, I get it, but definitely some sort of privacy to an extent. When I mentioned my concerns to the director on Payan St. and my childs teacher and asked if my child could use a separate singular bathroom for privacy concerns, I was unexpectedly screamed at. I proceeded to ask if they could at least install stall walls so that children can have privacy from other students, staff AND other parents looking at their private areas and they said no. I said I would pay for all materials, they yelled at me and said no! I was there with someone else as my witness. This place is shameful. If you are ok with all staff, all other children AND other parents /adults looking at your child's private body, then this is the place for you. If you would like your child to be granted the same decency and rights that you have, even to an extent, then STAY AWAY FROM CHILD, INC!

STAY AWAY!!!!! If I could rate this place a negative 5 I would! They administration doesn’t care about the kids, I was accused of being neglectful because I had to drop my kids off at 645 and pick them up at 5-5:30...because I work from 7-5 and am a single parent. Instead of just telling me there is a fee for time spent after ten hours daily, my parenting was put in question! My son has always been very easy going and transitions well into new settings, ALWAYS! He would cry everyday terrified to be left at child inc.! When he went for a visitation day to the older age children’s group his teacher was so rude that she didn’t introduce herself to my son or the class, how awkward it was for me, imagine if you are a 5 year old. When I mentioned my issue to the administrator I was SCREAMED at for being too critical, and told that my kids were no longer welcome and I needed to pick them up immediately! My son was made to stand by the door and wait for my mother to pick him up - as if he had done something wrong...

My son has attened this school almost a year and hee learned so much ! Communication between teacher and parents is important to me and the teachers undetstand that and take time to talk with me. May it be concerns or compliments. The teachers make me feel easier about leaving my son with them ! Locked entrance its a plud!

My son was there for almost 3 yrs and It was the best experience ever' Ms. Tina was very loving and caring. all the staff members were always very understanding and helpfull! I recomend this daycare 200%! Best luck to all! Reys' Mom!! 💓

My son does great here and has learned alot. He's been going here for 2 years. The staff are caring and friendly. They are also very helpful with finding resources when people need them.
