This apartments are horribly managed ever since original manager left eight years ago. She was replaced with one who all she did was nothing more than just to avoid her responsibilities when we/tenants tried to get in contact for whichever reason or need... all she did the whole time was to hide in the back office, till she was replaced about 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately we still have a variety of problems, mainly because management it's not able to enforce the rules stipulated on the rent lease agreement/contract.
These apartments are becoming worse every day. Management sucks by taking forever to repair a water heater, the maintenance guys are all rookies who don't know what they are doing and take the easy way on fixing things, the young girl at the front office should get fired for very poor customer service. I would actually give this place ZERO stars if I had the choice.
