The director of this daycare is horrible. (Vester Ross) She lacks professionalism and has the worst attitude i could ever imagine. I would never allow my children to attend this place under her care, if she treat the parents/visitors with no respect...i know the way she treat our kids is horrible.
Ironically, I left another daycare to attend this center. They claimed they are better than them far as education curriculums, no tv’s in there facility and always there to answer questions. Honestly, my first year there was GREAT! I would say, they offered what was stated but once certain staff members left, it went down hill from there. No one ever seem to know what was going on but Sydney, when she was there. (I believe that’s the young lady name who sat in the front, again, when she was there). They couldn’t keep a driver. Just told us out the blue, while during school time that they will no longer offer transportation. Huh? A few times, I needed to know if my child was picked up from school and no one knew nor had the drivers number. Huh? How do you tell a parent, you don’t know where their child is? So, I feel w/a little more grooming in the staff, a receptionist w/great customer service and fixing up the place it will run a lot better. Will I recommend this facility right now, no.
Bad attitudes and the infant/toddler to teacher ratio is the worst. There are 8 infants/toddlers to one teacher results in neglecting and unsafe environment. My daughter(6/7 months old ) second day here left us in the emergency room for 4 hours.
My son attends this school and loves it. He has been here since he was 6 months. He is almost 3.
Worst place ever don't bring your kids here the bus driver kept my 3 year old on the bus by her self while he walk my 7 year old in the school please don't bring your kids plus it's raining on the inside of the building place needs to be shut down 10 kids 1 teacher.
