I truly am in love with this school. I enrolled my daughter at 3 different schools prior to the year starting and didn’t like any of them. I walked in Discovery Point and immediately felt at ease. Ms.Samantha is an amazing teacher , Andrea is amazing and very organized. The director puts you at ease she is so sweet and she doesn’t play about those kids. Even the lunch mom greets you in the morning. The aftercare program is a true blessing for parents that work late or early. They are an amazing school!
This is THE best daycare! We sent our oldest daughter here for less than a year between 2019 and 2020 because then I started staying home due to COVID. We just started sending both our daughters in June 2022. I believe they are under new management since 2020, but they are just amazing! The staff all care about the kids and work with each other so well. They truly make you feel like part of the family. My kids have been so well looked after and love their teachers so much! Thank you to all of the Discovery Point staff who have made this transition from staying home to full-time daycare so smooth! When I go to work, I do not even worry about my kids because I know they are in good hands.
My daughter started at this Discovery Point location when she was 12 weeks old. She is now in the 1 year old beginners class and thriving. We have been very pleased with our experience here. The teachers in the infant and 1 year old room have been wonderful. They truly care for the kids, and I feel comfortable leaving my child here every day. The facility itself is clean and organized. New management recently took over, and I have seen a lot of positive changes especially regarding communication to parents. The staff are friendly, professional and easy to work with.
My 4 year old daughter and 11 month old son attend Discovery Point. We have been very happy here, with staff who truly love on our babies. As with all things, there have been times of frustration but the staff has always listened and we have been able to come to a decision that works for everyone. They have also gone out of there way to encourage my insect-loving daughter when one of her teachers bought a bug catcher for her to use outdoors at recess. If you want a caring staff who will treat your babies like their own definitely check them out.
We love Discovery Point. Our daughter has attended for over 2 years. With the instability that is life, Discovery Point has remained the constant in our daughters life. I believe seeing the same faces daily really helps with her routine. I am surprised at how much she has learned, not just academically but socially and emotionally too. Even though we pass many day cares on our way from Mableton, I couldnt feel safer knowing my daughter is well care for. I can only hope that we are able to find a day care as great, closer to our new house thats over an hour away. We will miss all our friends at Discovery Point. Highly recommend 10/10!
