Discovery Place has been a wonderful place for my daughter and our family. I was very nervous to send my daughter to any preschool, but as soon as I walked in, I felt complete peace and felt so welcome. During the tour, I was told most of the administrative staff had been there for 20-30+ years and that some of the younger staff went to preschool there themselves. My daughter also has severe food allergies that I was worried about being a problem to manage, but her classroom teachers and also the administrators have been enormously supportive. They take such good care of the kids there. If I could give it a higher rating or had to write an essay about Discovery Place, I would.
This place is awesome. My son is 5, who I adopted in 2016, and he started school at 4 in the Pre-K program. I had in two schools prior, Kindercare and the YMCA in Andover that did not take the time nor had the ability to work with him. He had some struggles with minding and getting very excited. The school has some wonderful interesting programs that keep children engaged. Teachers are very helpful and try hard to help the children. They took the time to learn about him and understand his background. I highly recommend them. Thank you
A beautiful and warm place Where the staff trees, your children like family. The focus is on letting the kids play and learn by touching and feeling.
