Discovery Learning Center

I have so many wonderful things to say about Discovery Learning Center. My two sons (ages 33 & 27) attended Discovery. Ms Beth was and still is the Director. You'll never find a more loving, passionate and dedicated individual to help in the education and development of your child. Ms Angie, the assistant director is also very loving and caring with the children. Discovery has well trained, patient and loving teachers. They all genuinely care for the children. Discovery always has a warm and welcoming feeling from when you enter to when you leave for the day. I have now been blessed with two grandsons (3 1/2 and 18 months). I'm thrilled that my older grandson now attends Discovery and he loves learning and playing at his new school! My son and daughter in law are very happy he is there as his "Dapa" and myself. Discovery always has fun and exciting activities for the children. They celebrate birthdays, holidays and have special guests on occasion. They have great age appropriate playgrounds and a swimming pool which is a plus! I'll never hesitate to spread a great word for Discovery Learning Center. It's truly a wonderful daycare and preschool.

Discovery Learning center was great for my children. I had 2 children, boy and girl, for 2 years attending Discovery. My children had good days and bad days, sometimes weeks, and throughout these times and with open communication the staff, my children and I were able to work towards problem solving. The staff is caring and considerate on all levels with my children. I highly recommend this location for childcare.

The staff here is so friendly my youngest has been there since she started walking on her own, she's 16 months and she has learned so much in that time. They have such great people working here it really makes all the difference. They have cameras in the rooms to monitor everyone's safety and it's accessible for all parents. Perfectly located near my oldest children's school, home, and my work allows me for easy pick up whenever I need.

I would give zero stars if I could. My child had been with their teacher for years, THE BEST TEACHER THERE. After the new owner took over I slowly watched the happiest and loving teacher lose her spark. Office staff is the most unprofessional, they act like they are better than anyone who walks in the door, and that is IF you can find them in the building. Other staff has been heard screaming at children, calling them names, making crude comments to them. Children coming from the two year old classroom tell their parents they don't feel safe and are picking up habits such as cursing and biting and the office does NOTHING about it. It is truly sad that this place has gone so downhill since Beth was director. Please, whatever you do, DON'T send your children to this place.

This daycare was wonderful. Shout out to Mrs. Theresa and the rest of the toddler class teachers. The sizes of the classes are great, ALL the teachers at the facility are caring and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend this daycare to anyone in the area. Thank you so much!
