Discovery Isle Child Development Center-Infant

Our son has been a full-time student at Discovery Isle – Ted Williams for the past four years, starting in the infant class and continuing through preschool. Throughout this time, we’ve had an incredibly positive experience with the entire school community. The leadership team, including Principal Mrs. Melinda and administrative staff Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Britney, have always been professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Their dedication to the children’s well-being and development shines through in everything they do. We are especially grateful for the amazing teachers who have supported our son’s growth over the years. Miss Sierra and Ms. Kim (who is sadly no longer with the school) in the Infant and Toddler classes laid a strong foundation. More recently, Ms. Mahnoosh and Mrs. Eshi in the Preschool program provided a nurturing, fun, and engaging environment where our son truly thrived. After four wonderful years, the staff at Discovery Isle feel like family to us. They have consistently gone above and beyond to meet the needs of their students, always creating a warm and supportive space where kids can learn, play, and grow. We wholeheartedly appreciate and highly recommend Discovery Isle – Ted Williams to any family looking for a school where their child will be well cared for, challenged, and loved.

We love all the teachers and staff at Ted Williams location! Ms. Brittney, Ms. Sabrina, and Mrs. Melinda have made us feel welcome from day one and have always been so helpful. Our daughter has learned so much and we see progress as every month passes by. She talks about her teacher Ms. Sierra and how helpful she is. My daughter loves going back every week where she plays soccer, gymnastics, learns and plays with her friends!

My daughter has just graduated from Discovery Isle Poway and I am so thankful for the wonderful team of staff and teachers. We couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s preschool experience! The school does an amazing job balancing play and learning—our daughter is growing in confidence, creativity, and curiosity every day. The classrooms are always beautifully decorated and filled with joy, making it a warm and welcoming space for the kids. Communication has been excellent; the app is easy to use, and we received daily updates and photos without fail. They also have a number of vendors eg soccer shots and amazing athletes to provide additional sports training for the little ones. For working parents, it helps that they have a full time schedule with minimal closures. It’s such a joy to see our daughter so excited to go to school each day—she absolutely loves it here! Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment.

We love Discovery Isle! Our son has enjoyed his time there, has learned so much and the staff is always warm & welcoming! We’ve had a great experience with Miss Sierra, Ms Amanda & Ms Thalia!!! It’s a great option for daycare/preschool for working parents. We highly recommend this location!

Great safe and secure place for our children to attend daycare and preschool. The oldest learned a lot and made some life long friend. Our youngest recently started here and loves his teachers and friends.
