I would not recommend this daycare. The staff is not caring, not attentive to neither the children in their care nor to the parents. They would never greet me or my baby. The teacher was always either decorating the room or sitting on their phones. The staff doesn’t interact with the children. I heard a girl with the braces tell a child “We don’t cry here”. There’s constantly children crying and the staff does not offer consolation. There’s no learning going on, the children are to just free play and fend for themselves. This is not a warm loving place.

I love this day care. My daughter has been going for a bit over a year and has learned so much. She has made friends and loves all of the staff. I love how much the staff keeps me updated and contacts me for any issue that might occur. Bianca is a great director and always informative. I love all the spirit days and activities they do throughout the year. Would recommend 100%

We love this Pre-School, our son has a speech delay and his teachers work really hard to help him communicate and understand what he is saying. Jackie has been amazing and is taking extra time one on one to help him sound out his words. They are incredibly respectful of our beliefs and have gone above and beyond to make our son feel special and included in activities. All of the teachers and helpers great you with a smile and are kind and positive everyday. This is a wonderful place for our son to feel safe and learn!

I went for a tour to see if this would be a possible fit for my kids. When I arrived I wasn't really greated nicely but it was early and I waited until the lady was ready. I believe her name was Bianca. They had told me it was required for me to wear a mask which I did but when i walked in the teacher sitting at the table with the kids had a mask on but it wasn't covering her nose. Blanca walked me through the place, just really talking and saying what they do. When were with the teacher neither really tried to engage with my kids, again I just put it off as we were on a tour and it was early. I had several questions about cost as I am a single parent and before I sign up for anything I want to ensure I can afford to pay. Cover all my basis. Bianca seemed very short as if my questions were irrelevant and maybe they are to her, but they are important to me which is why I asked. Anyway, I had asked for a application as I had decided that my toddler may do well here and wanted to try it out. I was given the application and left. I get a call a few hours after the visit from Bianca stating that she talked to the director and they don't have room right now? After I've been told they had room, and I told her this morning I wanted to enroll my toddler, and she also mentioned during the tour that they didn't have a lot of kids coming right now. Obviously this woman dislikes me and the director is also someone who doesn't know how to make contact with others and just takes her staffs word for it. So they can continue to be a subpar daycare. I was told by a few people that they were a nice a place but the people they had described were not the people I met today. So I assume they may have been at one point. While I was trying to get information and my questions being met with disdane and rudeness from Bianca a parent came in (with no mask and nobody told her anything) and it seemed like they had a complaint also so maybe this really saved me from making a mistake and sending my child there.

I've never experienced so many unprofessional people in one place before. I've only spoke to a couple of the workers here, yet more than that wrote letters to our federal judge attacking my parenting skills. One actually wrote a letter to the judge claiming that my daughter experienced trauma from a medical checkup even though I wasn't present at that appointment, but she lied in that document indicating that some finger twitching during a nap was somehow connected. This person is not at all a medical professional and it is not within her scope of practice to diagnose a baby's finger twitch as "trauma". Another one lied in another letter to the judge and said that that I knew I was supposed to drop of my daughter on a certain day which was a blatant lie because it was never in any document. Who in their right mind claim would that? The director is the most unprofessional and deceiving of them all. Despite my continuous calling, she NEVER ONCE called me back. Not once. She wrote to the judge that I was a "bully" because I made a complaint about her refusal to communicate with parents. I am the sole breadwinner in the family. There's absolutely no reason to why this lady should avoid my calls, not call me back, and no reason to refuse a telephonic appointment. These unprofessional people are only in it to get a check from DES. They will go for weeks refusing to let my baby attend school. The director actually wrote to the judge that I didn't ask how my baby was doing. Why would I? I'm the one who sees my baby everyday, not them. She went for weeks not being allowed to attend yet they never called me to ask how she was doing. Hypocritical, unprofessional liars.
