My daughter is now 5 and It’s been so long since Delco early learners but I still email them, they will forever have this huge part for me in my daughters life even if she can’t remember. I remember my first phone call with Ms.Talene I got very lucky I called one place they said call back tomorrow I called Delco and they had room. They asked if she’s walking yet.. she wasnt.. then of course my daughter walked on 03-16-21 her first day I’m like way to make me a liar 😂😂😂❤️ I worked so much and far ish so my daughter spent a lot of time with them. I am forever grateful for everyone. I remember Mr.kendrick saying wow I can’t believe nova isn’t two yet from how much she was chatting. I adore their little school. I also love miss lisa. I wasn’t at that location long and missed the closeness that I got from the little school & the emails ❤️ Miss Marion is a saint. She was like I told nova time to come in and don’t go down the slide & nova just looked at me and went anyway. I have so many memories from you guys obviously more then nova. Not all teachers are mentioned in this, but Delco knows how much each teacher at burmont touched my heart & felt like family/therapist & teachers. Love them always.

I had issues since day one, the daycare does not provide receipts for your payments which is a big deal to me, after asking about it multiple times I was finally told by Jackie that they would provide a receipt once a month which honestly that defeats the purpose of having a receipt since I make a payment every week.(they still have never provided a monthly receipt either). They also would not let me leave a thermometer there for my child, I was told that he had to use the one they had there just like everyone else, I was also told that I cannot being baby powder for my child's heat rash. Lori's exact words were "We do not use powder here". Talene is the director & she is very unprofessional, when I came to her about my concerns she said "maybe you should look into some other options since your not happy here"...that made me very uncomfortable as if we were not wanted there. This daycare has VOLUNTEERS which I don't believe daycare's are allowed to do anymore, my child came home with scratches on three different occasions, he had two incident reports written up due to being hurt....he is only 9 months & only attended the daycare for 4 months. I have had a few other issues as well regarding feeding & organization of my child's belongings ...this place is a mess & I do not recommend sending your child here.

I'm so disappointed in this daycare, I thought they were nice family oriented people...until my kids keep getting sick. One was 8 months old. I called them ahead of time to let them know that I'm going to stay home with my kids the following week because of everything that was going on with them. When they returned the week following that...Ms talene told me that I have to pay them for the week my kids were out SICK. I explained to her that we don't have any money to pay when our kids is not there and unfortunately it's because they were so sick. Ms talene then told me that they can't return unless I pay her for the week they missed. Unbelievable!!

The teachers at Delco show a genuine love for my children. The center is always clean and there is always great open communication with all the staff members, even those that do not directly care for my children.
