My babies have attended dawning point learning center since they were 4 weeks old. I just want to give a huge shout out to Ms.Melanie she is always looking out for me and my babies . She makes the experience at dawning point feel like family and even though she has not been in school age in a little while my babies still talk to her every single day and get so excited to see her and tell her about their days. Ms.Melanie is always smiling when you walk in the door and no matter what room she is in she is always brings a positive attitude and makes it enjoyable for the kids ! So shout out to Ms. Melanie 😊

From the very beginning, Krystal truly saw and understood our child. When concerns were raised about his development, she advocated for him with honesty, care, and professionalism. She spoke up about his strengths, reassured us as parents. She consistently highlighted his progress, confidence, and abilities, and never allowed him to be unfairly labeled or underestimated. Knowing that he had a teacher who genuinely believed in him and stood up for him gave us so much peace of mind.

We tried many different nannies and tried to find many different daycares that could accommodate our school age daughter and our toddler son. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. My son had never been surrounded by multiple kids and they helped transition him so well. He cried for the first few days and by his second week he was running to his new teachers. I’m so satisfied with our experience and so are my kids.

Our son first started at the North Stafford center when he was around 5 months old, and the entire staff did all they could each day to make sure both we (as new parents) and he were happy and at ease! We transferred him to the South center in England Run last August, and could not be happier. The staff at both centers are warm, loving, and incredibly patient, and our son adores ALL of them, even the ones who are not his main teachers! Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care and preschool experience for their children.

Both my children have been with the center since they were 2 months old. Just as in any other daycare center, there is some turn over of teachers who leave for other fields, or even other daycares. However, I know the directors work hard to find teachers who want to work in childcare and education, and then do their best to retain those teachers. As such, my children have been fortunate enough to have continued contact with the same teachers they've known for over three years now. My children are both thriving in this environment and I feel good about their socialization skills, life skills, and learning here. Both my children love every teacher at the center and make a point of saying hello to every worker, or giving them hugs hello and goodbye. Additionally, the directors have been willing to listen to me when I bring up questions or concerns, and the teachers and directors have also given me advice and tips when I need them for dealing with behavior at school and at home. I feel very lucky to have my children attend Dawning Point. Of course there have been some hiccups along the way - no relationship is perfect - but the staff has worked with me to resolve issues and others have just been the result of accidents that are bound to happen. Any mama knows a bottle of milk will be spilled sooner or later! But every time an issue has arisen, my children's teachers have been swift to contact me, explain, ask forgiveness, or provide solutions. I couldn't ask for more. I think the true benefits of Dawning Point will depend on the parents and his or her willingness to work with the staff and their children on solutions, reinforcement of learning, and showing your child love, good parenting, and compassion.
