Ctag'S Little Angels Preschool

My daughter attended here about a year to two years ago. If you are considering sending your child/children here, please don’t walk but run the other way. My daughter is disabled, non ambulatory and nonverbal, and every adult at this establishment let her down. She was bitten on the face and scratched by other kids. The bite mark remained and turned to bruising for upwards of two weeks after the incident. I have reason to believe it was one of the workers sons who had behavioral problems. They did NOT follow the protocols for reporting when it came to this. I tried very hard to catch them for a lawsuit, but could not risk my daughter any further. On my daughter’s final day, I walked inside to grab her mat and there were three ladies huddled around the desk talking like high schoolers. When I started walking back up the hallway towards the front door, somebody’s child was standing in a classroom door that had the lights off, with her pants and diaper at her ankles and feces completely covering her bottom. I notified the ladies at the desk as I was walking out and one said oh that must be my daughter. My phone was in my car, otherwise they would no longer be in operation. I’m repulsed that I even sent my daughter here just to be neglected the entire time. Even the 3 star rating is inaccurate. You have to be a special type of desperate to send your children here, and even then you should be strongly questioning yourself.

This daycare is by far the most unprofessional that I've come across. The employees are rude and majority of the time they aren't properly watching the kids. They tend to get upset when you inquire about your child or anything that happened at the daycare. Many parents have left the daycare because of this. They also discuss any issues that you may have with other parents. The owner only focuses on getting your money and not the wellbeing of your child. Please stay away from this place.

My granddaughter loves it at CTAG Daycare.
