Crystal Stairs INC- Wonderland

My daughter's provider moved out of the area so my daughter had to switch providers to me. The agreement specialist sent all paperwork to the wrong address so the the case was denied because I never received the paperwork, then I never heard anything from them so I called and found out from another clerk that case was denied because papers sent to wrong address which was the clerks fault. My daughter gave her the correct address in the beginning. This was back in September 2017, it's now December 2017 I just got November and December timesheets. They are refusing to pay me for September and October and it's their fault. This is pitiful. Specialist never returns my calls ever and supervisor is a b****. I feel like suing them for screwing up my case. So unprofessional.

Best to go into the office.. No one answers there phone when you need them. My worker hasnt returned my call since july 2017 its really unprofessional, However when my time was up they had no issue reaching out to me to tell me my childcare would end soon. Which was a lie, they hadnt updated my case in months and when the specialist updated my file she says "oh ok your actually extended until 2018". Like wth ppl do your job!! and make sure you check all notes before calling people to give them inaccurate information.

My experience with crystal stairs was horrible. My worker would never get back to me. I called the supervisor and she never got back to me either she just made my worker call me.. I was transferred workers and the new worker never answered her phone. I always had to leave messages and she would get back to me when she felt like it. I told both workers I wanted to transfer and it took a hole year to transfer my case and by this time I was working because I was on maternity leave..

Thank you Crystal Stairs for all the help you have provided me. It would have been impossible for me to go to school and reach my dreamz without the assistance and resources you provide!!! Not only did I graduate with my A.A from West L.A, I got my bachelors from Cal State LA, and now I've reached my ultimate dream and have been accepted to UCLA's School of Nursing Masters Program. Again This COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WITHOUT CRYSTAL STAIRS!!! The help and assistance is out there, you just have to do your part and you can make anything happen.

They need TO stop giving free money away to providerS that dont even watch our/peoples babies right yea at one point we really need childcare so you leave your kids thinking its good fake face but not knowing your kids having bad experience ETC. An the only thing u can do is compliments...instead this corporate needs to surprise visit childcare homeS and centers and see whats really going on with thESE innocent kids that cant fight back or speak up and they parents careless SO SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT A STOP ON THIS i been TO alot of centers an home care an out of 10 only 1 was okay not even great and parents need TO be they kids super hero an put a stop TO FREE MONEY TO NO CARING HOME CHILDCARES OR CENTERS .....
