Crystal Stairs-Dollarhide

This is by far the most unprofessional health center i have ever been to.All the staff there except the dr's are very rude and unprofessional.They never seem to know the reason why im there and they never have me on their schedule when i get there even though i call the day before to confirm my appointment and they tell me that i do have an apppointment.The young man in the front desk is polite but the women always has attitude.Its really upsetting when they schedule you an appointment and when you show up they tell you that the Dr is not there that she is only there on certain days and that whoever scheduled my appointment wasnt aware of the drs schedule.I understand that is was an error but the person who scheduled me could have atleast apologized.There always seem to be a problem with them answering their phones and scheduling appointments.Oh yea and i always get seen by the doctor 2 hours after my appointment even though im there on time.I would not recommend this office to anyone!!!!
