Great quality child care, the new owner, Sylvia has made substantial changes to this center. The entire place looks much more professional and she’s picked some great staff! Eugenia is an Angel, she’s a great communicator and mediator. I especially admire how helpful and understanding the staff is with the children, including the parents. The other day I mentioned how hot out it was and they gave me and my child a complimentary water bottle, which was a huge relief since we had over a half an hour drive ahead of us. Id go out of my way to bring my children here. I’ve never once seen a staff member without a face mask on since they opened during this pandemic. They’re very safe, taking temperatures of all staff, parents and children, before entering the building. A staff member even mentioned how they do temperature checks on everyone every hour!! Incredible! I couldn’t be happier with where I’ve brought my child to learn. They absolutely love it and I can already see improved understanding when we’re reading before bedtime! Absolutely love this center under the new ownership!

These people were awful to us. They intentionally fluctuated prices which was against our contract with them, and would charge us for several additional days than they should have. They then tried to claim we were behind on payment, and they shared with me their billing system screen. They definitely regretted it because I'm aware of how these systems work and I had to educate them on how to correctly interpret the system. Not only did I show that we were not behind on payment, but they had overcharged us by hundreds of dollars over the year. The owner, Sylvia, admitted to being incorrect and said we would go to a fixed payment (which is what our contract stated). However, they retaliated for us standing up to their predatory billing scam. Our daughter that attended the owners other location (the Montessori school) was one of the only kids that stayed after 4PM because of our work schedule. Literally 20 minutes after leaving the meeting where I called out their inability to interpret their own billing system, the owner called me and told me they were suddenly going to be closing at 4, pushing us out. then, a few months later at promising futures, our younger child was pushed out in a very similar manner. They arbitrarily changed their "policy" in such a way that my younger child was now "too old to be allowed in the youngest class", but also they knew we were still potty training her (only 2 years old) and they said she couldn't go to the older class unless she was potty trained within a few weeks. We put in our notice of unenrollment at that point. A few days later, I went to pick my child up, they were outside in 80 degree weather, and my child was immediately begging for water. The teacher said "oh, we forgot your water bottle inside, sorry". I am certain my child had asked them for water previously, and feel that they were neglecting my child as retaliation. I called them out on this and they lied, stating I "went in and spoke to the manager who told me xyz", which was completely false, I did not go into the facility. The predatory billing "mistakes" and retaliation were so toxic, please do not bring your children here.

My grandson went to this daycare and was treated poorly and unfairly. I understand that young boys can be a handful but the way they singled him out and did not allow him to join in with activities his other classmates were doing, such as bike week and other activities, was difficult for him to understand why he wasn’t allowed to participate. Things he repeated that could only have come from the opinions of his daycare providers were inappropriate at best. My daughter found him a new daycare, after awaiting an opening from a long waiting list, to discover a sick employee was allowed back to say goodbye on his last day. This is a nice gesture except the employee has tested positive for COVID and now my grandson has been compromised along with all others exposed to her that day, and he must be tested, etc. Poor judgement all around!

My son has been attending this school for the last few years the girls here really go above and beyond for the kids so attentive and caring. They've upgraded their systems and I love the daily updates and pictures they send of the activities and projects they work on throughout the days. Highly recommend

This daycare has been a night mare. Staff have been unprofessional to children, using inappropriate words and tone of voice when addressing discipline. There was even a couple incidents of physical discipline on a child there, yes the person was fired, but what kind of facility would hire someone with prior discharges due to the same issues.
