What Parents Say
Creative Learning Academy receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents, with most praising the new management and director Alaura for transforming the facility. Parents highlight quality care, engaging activities, affordability, and staff that genuinely care for children. One recent review notes a decline in the past two months.
My kids have been going here since my daughter (now 8) was 6 weeks old. There was an old director who wasnt the best. but since coming into new ownership and hiring a new director... wow! Such a difference for the better. Would not want my children to go anywhere else. Very affordable and well kept. The director always keeps us informed of anything from payments to when my son (a wild one) falls during outside time. During the summer they have lots of fun activities so the kids are just sitting in front of a tv. I love how the kids are actually excited to go to daycare and dont feel it is to "babyish" since they have age appropriate toys and lessons. 110% recommend this center!
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this school! My son has been attending creative learning center for about a year now. He just turned four and I will keep him here instead of sending him to pre-k because they do such an amazing job teaching these kids. Alaura, the director of the facility, is super sweet and very professional. If your looking for a place to send your little bundle(s) of joy, seriously consider Creative Learning Center.
I have entrusted CLA with my son since he was 18 months old. My little boy is now 7 and he loves all the teachers and activities. The director is attentive and she is easily accessible for questions and concerns. I feel they are the best in Greenville, hands down!
After two years of exceptional service from this daycare, we have watched it decline rapidly after they lost their director. The owner, who does not live in town and occasionally operates her car dangerously, is struggling to keep the facility floating. Due to the recent staff changes, I requested a walk through of the facility and was refused by the owner. We also found it concerning that only days after a school shooting the front door was left unlocked after repeated requests for it to be locked. The only response on that issue was that it was her daycare and she would run it how she liked. With the staff changes, refusal to allow me to walk through, the unlocked door, and the someone volatile personality of the owner, we made the decision that it was time for us to move on. In a small town, it is always sad to see a resource fall apart. I hope that things get better. The parents of this town need good child care.
My daughter has been here for over a year. She was born 3 months early and was slightly behind. They are great with the kids and teach them so much, she is now ahead of most 2 year olds. She even knows some sign language and is almost potty trained. Highly recommended. They are under new management and are much better. Ms Norma and Alaura go above and beyond f for the kids there!
