As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. I understand that everyone has bad days, but as a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. It is not acceptable for an employee to have a bad attitude towards customers, especially when they are the ones who are paying for the service. I believe in giving people the benefit of doubt and I am willing to overlook any mistakes that may have been made. However, it becomes a problem when lines are crossed and customers are disrespected. Our children's business is our business, and we expect the same level of professionalism and respect in return.
They allow their children to get hit or bitten, they bully their staff, they are so short handed and have more turn overs than the Dallas Cowboys. This is not a Christian based daycare, do not let their name fool you. Cellphones are allowed to be used at anytime so I hope you don't mind your kids ignored. Finally the state needs to step in and check them out, I can't say for sure but I hear they violate so many state rules. My child learned more from a church daycare that actually taught about God then this "learning center".
This is a great daycare!! My son started at 5 months and continued until we moved. The staff was very friendly, caring, and supportive. I loved that they have cameras so you can watch your child at anytime. My son loved his teachers! No complaints at all. You should definitely give this daycare a try, hands down the best in town!
Worse daycare ever! They allowed my 1 year old son to be hit he had an adult bruised handprint on his abdomen. They denied us video footage AND the owner Jeff followed my husband around screaming bc he took our kids out bc he wouldn’t back us up after 3 years of my business, recommendation and my husband helping do his cameras he won’t even fire the girl who did it! The employees get treated terrible not allowed bathroom breaks when needed! Management treats employees so bad and try’s to fight them. I have story after story for the safety of your kids don’t do it
Creative Kids "Christian" Learning Center.....right. Something about the management here just smells off. Don't believe me?...Just watch and observe the interactions with their staff. Better off taking your child somewhere else and not paying the highest rates around for mediocre care. Let's see how long this review lasts before it's removed as well.
