We absolutely love CKA Minnetonka! Our family is so grateful to have found such a nurturing and supportive environment for our child. The teachers have become like family to us, they’re collaborative with open communication all while incorporating developmentally appropriate curriculum while making it fun at the same time! They are always planning fun art projects, on site field trips, dancercise, water days, etc. to keep children engaged and exploring! Our child is so excited to go everyday and always talks about her teachers and friends when she’s not there. To top it all off, the director and assistant director genuinely care about every child and the quality of their programming. They are so great to work with and respond appropriately to concerns when they arise. It’s beyond comforting to know our child is safe and cared for when we aren’t present (which to us is priceless!). We love our CKA family!!

From day one, the teachers and director have shown our family genuine warmth, kindness, and care. Every pickup and drop-off feels personal and positive, and it’s clear they truly value our daughter’s physical and emotional well-being, as well as our role as parents. While some facilities may impress with sleek décor or brand-new amenities, CKA stands out for its quality of care, emotional intelligence, and the strength of its developmental approach. They also truly live up to the “creative” in their name—not only in how they thoughtfully decorate the classrooms, but in the fun, imaginative art projects our daughter brings home. Our daughter has flourished here—growing into a silly, curious, and loving little human—because she’s surrounded by people who create a safe space for her and her classmates. Being away from your child for 8+ hours a day isn’t easy, but CKA’s thoughtful updates—whether it’s a quick note on her mood, a photo from an activity, or a highlight of an activity—make us feel connected and confident she’s in the right hands.

Our son has been going to Creative Kids Academy since he was 3 months and we absolutely love it. Teachers - all the teachers seem to genuinely care about the children they are taking care of. Our son is always excited to see his teachers and they always look happy to see him. The teachers alone make CKA a 5-star experience. Communication - from the director to the teachers, communication is always clear and effective. CKA uses a combination of email and app (and for really important messages, a physical sign on the door to make sure you don't miss it). We always know how our son is doing - mood, what he's eating/drinking, hours slept, diapers changed, and curriculum updates. Curriculum - Our priority when looking for a daycare was that our son was safe and happy, but CKA goes so much further than this. He has developed so well since he started here, from his physical and mental development to his social skills, developing in ways that we would not have been able to replicate at home. They base a lot of their activities, learnings, and projects around holidays and current events so we always have our son's festive creations on display at home. Cost - Daycare is a significant cost, and with good reason, but CKA is the most affordable place we found in the area, and seems a much happier and sunnier place than some of the more expensive options. CKA is worth every penny, and more!

We absolutely loved our time at CKA! Our children learned so much and thrived there. The teachers felt like family and were so caring to our kids. The app was great to get updates on their activities throughout the day. We’re so thankful for all of the staff and highly recommend CKA to any parent looking for a loving and educational environment for their children.

We moved our daughters to Creative Kids earlier this year and have been so pleased with our decision to do so. The girls adjusted quickly, thanks to the caring teachers and are happy to go to “school” every day. We especially love the enrichment activities and in-house field trips. The communication with teachers and leadership is excellent, we are kept well informed of daily activities, schedules and concerns. With moving around we’ve had them in multiple centers and CKA is definitely our favorite.
