As a first time mother, I never thought I would feel so comfortable leaving my baby with people I have never met before. My daughter started attending CHLA at six months old.. she is now almost two. I have never had an issue. The teachers communicate and treat my daughter with love, care and respect. She always has a smile on her face when I pick her up. Photos/videos of her are sent to me daily, there are tons of activities, special visitors and events held. And best of all, the entire center feels very home-like. Every teacher in the building knows my child by name and it is very welcoming every day. Best decision I made was sending my daughter here.
My kids and I absolutely love this daycare! Leah Fleeting the owner and the awesome staff makes me feel confident and comfortable with knowing that my children are safe at all times. The staff also gives structure with fundamental and educational activities. Most importantly making sure each child is aware of hygiene by washing hands and wearing mask when necessary.
As a first time mom, I was super nervous about putting my infant in daycare. My daughter’s first few days at Creative Hearts Learning have been very pleasurable. The staff is very professional. They send me updates and pictures of My child throughout the day, helping ease my helicopter mom anxiety. My baby seems fairly happy entering the building and just as happy when i receive her. I’m very impressed.
My daughter started going to Creative Hearts Learning Academy at five months old, she is now turning two and it has been a wonderful experience the entire time. Staff are responsive, caring, friendly, personable, and have great communication. I feel safe and secure leaving my baby here daily.. My daughter loves her teachers, and they provide daily updates, including pictures and videos throughout the day. I would highly recommend to any parent looking for childcare!!
My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost a year and a half, since she was 11 months. She’s been able to experience different age groups, teachers and kids during this time. I must say that I have never had a problem in any capacity. Creative Hearts is the one place outside of my family that I can completely feel comfortable leaving my child every single day. Through & since COVID my daughter has NEVER been sick, they have not had to shut down since reopening for ANY scares or cases. They are very clean, they follow procedure and most of all, my daughter is learning and developing extremely well. The owner and the staff all truly care about the kids, their learning and development. Interactions are personal, communication is great & again, they are clean! I highly recommend and am proud to say that our family made a great choice in choosing this daycare.
