What Parents Say
Creative Critters IV receives consistently high praise from parents who report their children are engaged, happy, and thriving in a nurturing environment. Parents appreciate the attentive staff, regular communication through the KangarooTime app with photos and updates, and the positive developmental progress their children make. One parent noted staff turnover as a concern despite overall satisfaction.
As a first time mom, I was devastated and terrified to be going back to work and leaving my baby. After the first week, my fears and anxiety had totally subsided because of the level of care my son has received. I am frequently updated on his day and he is constantly being stimulated and engaged in activities. Further, my son LOVES going and loves his teachers! I would recommend creative critters to anyone!
Our daughter has had the best time being at Creative Critters! They are very attentive and are open to your suggestions and really listen to what you have to say. The teachers have been wonderful to work with so far and the center director is very organized. You wont regret sending your little one here!
Creative Critters is fantastic! My son was enrolled at the Norge location and always had a great time there. They engage the children of all ages throughout the day. I was very excited when my son brought home his first piece of art. He is only 14 months old but the picture was adorable and immediately went on the fridge. The staff stays in good contact and if any issues arise they will reach out to you promptly. The kangarootime app made checking up on my son throughout the day seamless. I was able to see when and what he ate, when he was changed and his nap times. They also uploaded pictures so I was able to see him working on art or doing activities. I highly recommend creative critters!
Terrible establishment. We were there only 3 hours, due to my daughter having feeding difficulties had to quit. They made me pay for an entire month, over $1,200. They seemed so empathetic but when I asked for money back they became ignorant. Besides, their Staff is not well trained. They do not know how to handle a breastmilk (teacher placed warmed up milk back in a fridge to use later), they had no idea what was the temperature inside the room and did not know where the thermostat was located, had no idea how to properly hold little babies( 2 months old were picked up without holding their necks or heads. Not to mention staples and trash among the toys on a playmat. They say they love your children but they love your money. First of all it’s a business, nobody cares about children well being. I would rather quit my job and watch my child myself. Also, highly recommend reading their state inspections, see DSS and DOE websites.
The staff is fantastic and they work hard to create a positive environment. Our grandson has blossomed at Creative Critters. He is engaging with the staff and his fellow students. Always active at the facility, he comes home happy and is excited about going there in the morning. We have seen a very positive change in his language and social skills since started at Creative Critters. I hope you find Creative Critters as warm as we have.
