Creative Care River Road

I love Creative Care! My 9 year old and 6 year old go to After school care and also full day care during the summer. My oldest son has went there for 3 years and my other son for 2. They communicate back and forth with me well. They even have an app where they share pictures/activities/ meals throughout the day- every day. Their days are all planned out and during the summer they have a routine and even go on a few outings. They also deal with the hard stuff in a very family friendly and kiddo friendly way. I would recommend this place 10/10. And as an added bonus- we have had FREE childcare for over 2 years because of donors through this program. Can you say WOW?! I am one grateful Mom.

This daycare has been nothing but outstanding! My daughter has been attending for about 2 years now in their early ed program and loves all of her teachers and classmates so much! It's always a good feeling when your kiddo is actually excited to go to daycare everyday and see everyone! Great place for childcare!

Love love love this daycare! My daughter has been going here since she was about 6months old. All the teachers go above and beyond! They were also amazing during the peaks of Covid to keep all the family's safe and healthy. 10/10

I would read all. New site director has made every family I've spoken too terribly unhappy, aside from raising her voice this evening during pick up, and telling me I should move to part time so my kids can be with me instead when I suggested my new schedule, my kids hate to go to after school care when they had happily attended for years. No longer any activities like science, story, special snack, music, etc that they used to have. Children are now shuttled into corners and sent outside and any upset results in them being sent home as too much to handle. Snacks cut down to two things. Workers misdosing children's medications, resulting in investigations onsite and extensive closures, which I wouldn't know so much about had it not been being disclosed and discussed in the direct presence of my children from the site director and other onsite workers. Last year when a worker physically grabbed my son and was speaking to him in a manner unfit I complained and their solution was to move said worker to the infant toddler program. I highly suggest shopping around. In trying to reach anyone tonight on the manner my calls are dismissed message boxes are full, with nobody to contact.. This is saddening to write after being happy customers for many years. Doing my best to get away from here and hoping they are not even worse or displace my kids from care after this. Edit: in trying to make a complaint I've been told if I'm unwilling to speak to the person causing conflict by said person and resolve directly with them my children will be immediately dismissed from care (update same night of original review and being threatened with removal from care over solving this without a mediator, kids will not be back until this exec site coordinator is gone) edit: to help parents avoid these unsightly costs and care, boys and girls club offers after school care all year for only 40$ and 20$ no school days. Prices creative care physically cannot compare to and many more activities offered/more space/ transport from local schools included! Good luck parents

This is one of the few places I found where I feel comfortable leaving my 2 month old infant every day. The ladies are so great with these babies and the infant room is super cute and well equipped. They send pics sometimes and that alone shows a lot to me. It cost a lot but no price is too high for amazing care for your kids and my baby is always happy when I pick her up and drop her off :) I would highly recommend Creative Care for childcare.
