I would give 0 stars if I could. This organization doesn't care if their clients get neglected. They do not care about families. They keep clients in neglectful group homes! They hang up on you if you challenge them. The whole complaint process is so BOGUS! It's been my experience that DD is biased to the group home, no matter how bad the care of developmental disabled adults is!
I’m so annoyed with these people. Every year, when it comes to my clients ISP renewal, they are slow at getting back with you. They never reach out and call to see how my client is. They barely ever make any effort or really at all. They don’t follow through on their word. My client’s case manager has changed as many times as you would underwear, and each one is very flaky. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone, ever.
This place does not deserve any stars, these people don't care, I put in a abuse complaint and like always they say they're going to help you they're out to help you and they do nothing this place should be investigated they concluded the case when there is one, they did nothing it just set in the paperwork pile and collect dust they didn't do any investigation..
If I could, I would give them a zero star they are very abusive to the clients, never get back to you, they will threaten to end your services they need news supervisors, new higher up supervisor and if you call them they might hang up on you because they don’t want to help anyone but themselves the only there for the money not for the clients, if you ask to file a complaint, they said will tell you that they will rip up the complaint because they don’t want to help you or do anything with it, tell you you cannot do that or they will stop your services that’s very mess and wen the people who do the licensing they will definitely will cancel on you 10 times and they won’t tell you that they cancel on you this is definitely not okay what they are doing to everyone they are the worst they need to get some new people who do the licensing and they let people who work for them abuse the clients and they let other clients abuse other clients
