We get that working with folks like our son can be challenging and difficult - they understand that and are more than willing to go the extra mile to "make things work" for him. Though I do not work with/for this company I had the unfortunate opportunity to encounter two staff from this company today while on a walk. They were mistreating a young boy in a wheelchair who was nonverbal. I asked them if they needed help and they declined, so I continued to walk. When I turned around to check on the boy one girl was running circles around him laughing and throwing water on him. I then walked back to confront the staff, meanwhile the gentlemen fell facedown on the concrete. I called the police and have left two messages with the company to speak with a manager without reply. I'm a special education teacher and it absolutely sickens me to see a defenseless person be mistreated and I can't help but think if these staff were willing to treat this man this way in public I can't imagine how he's treated when no one is watching. Your staff should be required to wear nametags and shirts that show where they work.
