We send both of our Children to Creative Beginnings and our oldest has attended for almost three years now. We’ve had such a wonderful experience. Our daughter has learned so much and has made such sweet connections with her teachers and the other kids. The center is quaint and homey and it feels centered around the families and that’s exactly what we were looking for over large cooperate style centers. Michele (the director and owner) is great at communicating and uplifts each child amazingly. Definitely recommend!
You truly can’t find better care for your little ones than this daycare. We know our son is taken care of and loved when we drop him off because he always has a smile on his face when we pick him up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
This is for their Paoletti Drive location (but same ownership/management): At first, 5 stars. As a first time Mom, I went off of a friend's recommendation with this place. They seemed wonderful at first. Then over time, true colors began to show and the issues were overwhelming. So many wonderful teachers came and left after being mistreated, abused and overworked. Classrooms were run in violation of ratios and management was rude and immature. Parents were encouraged not to talk to each other or the teachers. There were times you weren't even sure who was watching your child that day. Not to mention the facility issues. Many days the center was closed or would close early due to heat problems or lack of staffing. Parents were forced to pay for full days when full day service was hardly received. Any questions or concerns you may have had went unanswered or ignored. Management was always too busy to talk or meet with parents. Management even mumbled under their breath about you if you attempted to speak to them- just unprofessional all around. It's truly a shame because in the beginning this was a wonderful place and you truly felt the love and care from the owner. As time went on, that was lost along with all professionalism and educational aspects. We won’t even get into the mouse problem. Put it this way- If you're simply looking for somewhere to sit your child while you're at work, this place is "fine". But if you're truly invested in your child's well being, education and growth, please go anywhere else.
