This place used to be amazing. Great teachers and an amazing atmosphere. Since it has been sold, there’s been nothing but problems. My daughter (4) was on the receiving end of a serious bullying problem. Instead of dealing with the issues and working with me, they terminated her services as “they didn’t feel it was a right fit” with only 12 hours notice. Several times I went to pick her up and children were sleeping on benches outside without supervision, they didn’t know where my daughter was, or teachers were on their iPads and didn’t acknowledge they had seen me or had any idea of what was going on. They have limited cameras so if you ask for video footage they can’t provide it. The activities and learning experiences they provide are slim. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It may have not been a right fit for me but the way they went about the whole situation is absolutely baffling.
Creations was amazing for my son. We started him in the infant room and kept him there until he started to attend Kindergarten. We loved all of the workers and they created an amazing learning environment where my son is more than ready for Kindergarten. He always raved about the arts and learning activities. Holly is great to work with and was always patient with any questions I had. I loved that everything had a schedule so I knew what my son was doing throughout the day. I was also aware of what he was eating and how much as well as his behavior every day. Creations made me feel comfortable going to work and knowing that my son was safe, capable, and loving hands. This place is awesome!
UPDATE: I've got friends who have children there now and the new management is not providing as safe and focused care. My son loved this place and I loved not having to worry or have guilt while at work. He always had so much fun! I have recommended Creations to all my friends. They say the same thing still. I think the quality of care comes from the amount of time and energy put into what the kids do and what the staff know about child development, safety, and social-emotional needs.
My two littles have gone to Creations since they were infants. The teachers treat my children like family. I completely trust leaving them in their hands each week. I am blown away by the organization and all the education they teach the kids. They come home every day learning something new. The facility is SO clean and organized. It’s locked and secure with a passcode only parents have to get in and out. I toured many daycares before deciding on creations of a child. The others were filthy and did not give me a good feeling. I am so grateful for the kindness and care creations of a child offers to my children. The best daycare of Idaho Falls hands down!
The staff at Creations is the most dedicated group of people I have ever come across! I don't feel the prices are out of line considering the quality of care we recieved. My children have attended for years and I have never had any issues or concerns. The owner, Holly, is always helpful and personable, and really makes an effort to get to know you. Personally, I appreciate that in a daycare, because I like knowing who my children are with and that they are in good hands. At Creations I know they're in good hands!
