Our experience with Little Wonderland started off well, we liked the space and the location, we liked the staff in the baby room. A few months in, three of the main people in the baby room left, and things took a turn for the worse. We were concerned about the inconsistencies, mistakes, and misunderstandings that seemed to be happening more often. We decided to have a conversation with the director and the owner about our concerns. The director was not there for this conversation, and the owner did not give us a chance to speak. We felt like our concerns were brushed off and we didn't feel heard at all. We went into this conversation hoping that we could find a resolution, but instead we left knowing that this was not the place for us. There was no accountability for the mistakes, and the blame was put on us for having too high of expectations. The personal connection between the owner and the director seemed to create a challenges for a successful work environment. The director was very nice and it seemed that he truly cared about our son. Some of the staff seemed good, but that was irrelevant because there were inconsistencies with who was in the baby room. Part of it may have been unfortunate timing, but we were not happy with our experience at Little Wonderland.

I feel like I failed my child... She was so terrified to go to this daycare after her first week. It's a autistic kid that they let hit on other kids and they didn't tell me the little boy hit my baby so hard she was a bad scrape . Then when I confronted the school they argued w me. . I don't trust family owned day cares like this one They say and do whatever to save thems no adult has apologized or even made us feel comfortable about it or even owned up to it. I can't have then hurting my baby and not protecting her from other kids...

Both the owner and director work hard to be accommodating and communicative, they hire well-trained and personable staff, and they offer an excellent Pre-K/Preschool program. Highly recommend!

Never ever take your children to this daycare my son's been going there probably since October the director always has been rude and snotty to me from day one I don't know it's because she thinks she better than people cuz she runs business but she's always been rude to me one day I didn't send him to daycare because I had to run around and go get paperwork and stuff so I took him with me my daughter thought he was here so she went to go get them instead of the director calling me she called the police and did a welfare check on my son she lied to a worker of mine to try to get my other daughter in trouble so yesterday I go and give her this paper and tell her that she threatened to sue me for $1, 000 because I didn't give it 2 week notice well it's a safety thing and I have to go she was basically forcing me to bring her this paper should I bring her the paper yesterday she wouldn't let me get a word in in front of people and kids she started getting loud with me and then she looked dead at my daughter and then looked at me and said well maybe you do need your kids taken away she got in my face and I told her lady get out of my face she was cussing at me in front of all the children in theirI'm going to legal aid Monday morning and see if I can sue them because you are professional daycare and you get up in my face you tell me that I need my kids taken away you don't even know me lady I think she's obsessed with my son she's like I care about your kids you don't even know my kids now that's concerning to me that's really concerning to me my son was petrified not to go back there he kept telling me a big boys hitting on him and I think it's one of the big teachers when I go in there and ask them about it they say the kid that does potty time it hits him in the bathroom but when my son threw something at somebody they sent and they sent me home a paper about nice hands and whatever whatever whatever whatever whatever but my son can get punched in the nose and nobody knows who did it or all they saying is it's a boy in the bathroom we think we think at party time that's all I ever get from these teachers but the director she's the one who is rude and disrespectful and I am going to legal aid on her because you don't ever in your life tell me my kids need to be taken away you need to learn some profession for real because you ain't got it your business needs to be shut down you need to be fired talking to people like that you think you better than everybody and you're not

This was a terrible experience. They kicked my kids out after 4 days. I'm guessing because my 4year old has a harder personality to deal with but not impossible at all. Every kid is different and they didn't want to take a moment to try with him. And they want to say my 2 year old doesn't listen because he didn't want to nap 2 hours after arriving... I would never recommend this place unless your kids are always quiet and listen perfectly. And to the comment, I sure did ON THE FIRST DAY mention my son's behavior challenges. So no excuse here. And noone ever asked how to work with him, you just said come get him. So don't Waste your time folks. 🙅
