Cozy West Childcare & Learning Center

Cozy West has been amazing to my family in just a little time!. While I was so nervous & scared to enroll my baby into a daycare facility the director assured me that my baby would be safe & loved under her & her team care!. The director went over & above to make sure I was comfortable in leaving my baby with no worries!. Each day I have picked up I was met with warm smiles & seeing how much my baby is being nurtured!. I want to thank the Cozy West Director & Staff for keeping their promise this far!. THANKS LADIES!!!.

My kid has been there since 2021, and is now in their pre-k program. I’ve had a few issues here and there over the years, and even almost pulled her out once, but was able to work with management to resolve things and move forward. I don’t have any real issues with the workers there to this day. However, the new owners care about nothing but money, to the point that the amount of paper the children use is apparently monitored and restricted. My account is always paid up, in fact it has a large credit currently, but the owners make snide remarks about people not being willing to pay. I expressed concerns via email directly to the owner about a change in policy mid school year that wasn’t fair to parents, cutting the number of hours before and after care covered significantly, but expecting parents to still pay for hours they no longer provide care, and received no response, but the owners took the time to inform management to update their fees associated with returned checks and declined credit card payments that same week. I know it’s a business that has to make a profit, but there is no concern for actually caring for the kids anymore, and they are just running off actual paying customers. I am currently looking for before and after care options for my kid that would also provide transportation to the pre-k program at the daycare, and as soon as I find an acceptable option, I will be removing her from before and after care at cozy west. The owners’ attitudes are hurting the kids and costing them the customers that actually pay their bills on time and ahead of schedule. I would absolutely not recommend this place with the current owners.

Cozy west has been amazing!!! The director goes over and beyond to treat everyone fairly. Communication is always clear through the app. I always see the staff engaging with the kids. I have seen a big difference in my child since she's been at this center. We just love us some Ms Jennifer at drop offs in the mornings. She always have a smile on her face and so friendly. This center has been very helpful and I would highly recommend them over and over again.

The new management team is amazing! They’re very communicative and helpful. They have a lot more activities and it feels more like a daycare with all the decorations. A couple weeks ago my child was injured and they called right away. They were really communicative about the whole situation. It was very reassuring when I came up here to check on my child and felt that they genuinely cared.

My Baby Just Started About 2-3 Weeks Ago And I Love It And So Does He !! Every Morning Were Greeted w A Warm Welcome And When I Pick Him Up ! They Post His Day And Also Throw Some Pictures In There Too !! I Love That They Keep Me Updated On Him Throughout The Day !! I’ve Never Felt The Need To Call To Check On Him Just Bc I’m Already Updated Or They Will Update Me On Him! I Love Cozy West So Far !! No Issues ! Great Management Team And Teachers !! Good Job Ladies !!
