Taking, or picking up my granddaughter from pre-k... They are a BLESSING to provide this care, & learning to our children. This short time that I have had the PLEASURE in meeting, & getting to know them, is truly awesome....
I haven't been there in quite a while. I am hoping to start back up. The New Covenant was the only church I felt comfortable in after an experience with a cult that I didn't know was one when I first started going to. I always called it Bible studying which some of us were seriously there for that reason. Some of us loved getting together and talking and studying the Bible. We held Holy Days. And our studying was on Saturdays. I don't think we really had a name. When some of us found out about some things that were going on, I was crushed. Sometimes I would try other churches but it just didn't feel right. At the time, I was married and my husband was Catholic. I tried going as a family with my kids and we were going to have them take classes to become members. That didn't work out at all and I am actually greatful it didn't. I decided to go to the New Covenant after it was built almost across the street from my mom's house. I felt so much comfort their. The minister left me feeling so touched, as if the sermun was talking to just me! I knew it wasn't. But that is how he gives God's word. In my heart, he is the best. I have also been to my sister's church, The Pointe. That is so close to the New Covenant, but, only close. It is also a good church that I feel comfortable, but not like the way I feel with New Covenant.. There is also true love of God there that I can feel even when it's been a while. The congregation along with the choir and minister make it feel like home, in a spiritual way.
I was here for a funeral. I enjoyed Pastor Luther. Good luck with the Impact Center! The community will benefit greatly from the services to be offered.
When ever I visit new covenant I feel welcomed and loved Pastor Whitfield is a very inspiring minister 🙏
