My two sons and I love Connections! From the level of care provided to the great communication and almost instant response from staff, I cannot say enough good things about this place. My 4 year old son always has a great time and tells me all about the fun he had that day and I can trust that my 2 month old is getting an excellent level of care as well. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare.
My son, attends childcare here, the staff are amazing very, supportive always positive and works with me and my child when needed when my schedule can be difficult at times. They not just help me with my son but they are always encouraging and supporting me in my journey! I am truly grateful to have my son here and he loves coming to school each day! Thank you to all the staff at connections!
Would recommend this daycare to anyone that is looking for childcare. My son has been going ever since he was two months old and I’ve never had a complaint. The staff interact with him very well. Send pictures of him doing sensory activities. Also answer my questions that I have within minutes. Thank you guys for everything you guys do.
We were referred to this daycare in early 2023 by a trusted source and initially felt good about our choice. By the time our daughter enrolled in September 2023, we learned the longtime director had been let go and there had already been significant staff turnover. Thankfully, we had two wonderful caregivers who genuinely cared for our daughter, and for the first 6–9 months, we felt she was in good hands. Unfortunately, things steadily declined from there. Leadership turnover became constant—new directors came and went with alarming frequency, and communication was unreliable at best. Emails often went unanswered for a week or more, and directors were frequently off-site and underqualified. We also became aware of troubling treatment of staff by both the director and the affiliated church pastor, including restrictions around time off and basic needs like bathroom breaks. It was clear the staff were unsupported and stretched thin. The day-to-day environment also declined noticeably. The building often smelled like feces upon entry. Meals and snacks were heavily processed, sugary, and nutritionally lacking. Starting in early summer 2024, our daughter rarely brought home any crafts or signs of structured learning or activities. Staff were frequently on their phones, and diaper changes became a concern—on several occasions, we picked her up and discovered she had been in a soiled diaper for 30–45 minutes. The center uses an activity-logging app, but its accuracy and usage became inconsistent around the same time. Our daughter was constantly sick during her first year, and we eventually learned there was no structured schedule or system for disinfecting toys or shared surfaces. During the ‘24-‘25 winter season, the center closed four separate times due to snow, claiming to follow Wyoming Public School closures—yet tuition was still charged in full, which is uncommon practice among most care providers. Perhaps most frustrating of all, despite the visible decline in quality, the center significantly increased their tuition rates in the final six months of our time there. While we’re grateful our daughter was well cared for in her infant months, we cannot recommend this daycare in its current state. It’s disappointing to see a place with potential fall apart so completely—and worse, make no real attempt to improve while continuing to raise rates.
If I could give this place zero stars I would . My daughter attended this daycare the year prior and there were no issues but now this year things have been a total disaster. Since the new management has taken over there policies benefit the employees and not the children that attend there. I had been late to pick up twice once because there was a blizzard out and the other because I got off work a few minutes late . Not only did they not mention anything about being late when I came to pick up my child they waited until I was out of the parking lot to send a message stating that they are unenrolling my child effectively that day due to late pick ups . There late pick up policy is absolute B's as well they charge $5 for every minute the parent is late . Doesn't matter if it's a blizzard out or your car is broken down they will charge your account. Many of times my child has came home and expressed the teachers saying inappropriate things around her such as swearing and complaining about parents coming to pick up there child late . They say they close at 6 but if your not there by 5:30 the teachers will start to complain. Also I want to mention there willingness to charge DHS for the summer my daughter did not attend there but caused major issues with payment when I she came back the next school year . I wouldn't let them watch a fly .
