My son started daycare here last week, as a first time mom and daycare experience for both of us overall it’s been a huge help & blessing! It’s right down the road from both home & work which is convenient, and they have been so helpful and accommodating with our ever changing and busy schedule! I’ve seen a positive growth in my son since starting daycare, & I can tell the care he receives while he is there is top notch! The director & all the staff there are so kind, and understanding. I am very thankful for Happy Elephant. Definitely worth checking out if your considering childcare! 🙏🏼😊🫶🏼
It isn't it the fanciest daycare around but I trust the staff with my kiddos and that's what is important. Everytime I go and pick them up they're always cleaning. Love the daily sheet they send home with my toddler. Also love the flexibility they have, you basically pick your child's schedule each week instead of HAVING to enroll them full time like most centers. Only put 4 stars as I feel if they updated the outside, it would draw more families in.
I have taken both my kids to Happy Elephant since they were infants and we have had a wonderful experience! My kids have always loved their teachers and the staff is so kind and accommodating! Highly recommend!
I had to leave a review because I just picked up my 1 year old grandson and he has a quarter sized bruise on his chin. At first they gave the same excuse that they gave the last time he was injured about 2 weeks ago, that he snatched a toy and it busted his lip. This time they said the same thing happened, only he bit his tongue. I picked him up at 4 pm today and that's when I saw the bruise, then they had an attitude with me. I can't give names of the employees because they gave me Hispanic names that I never heard of (I think they all were fake names). The lunch area was filthy and the whole atmosphere was a bit chaotic. Yesterday when my daughter went to pick him up, all the other children were in the car being pushed and my grandson was in the bushes eating dead bugs. They said that he was agitated so they took him out to fend for himself near a busy street. I pray for the safety of those children. When I was leaving, one worker said to the other one in the office that "she's sick of this (grandson's name) situation". I think it's time for an unexpected visit from a government agency because, although I've never ran a daycare, (I did raise 6+ children) that ain't it. Not trying to be mean, but it's my truth and some of those "workers" should not be watching children. They got me so shook, I'm taking off work tomorrow to watch him myself and also review other day care, cause a 1 year old, outside, unattended, in the bushes, eating bugs???!!!
Our little one has been in the best hands with the Happy Elephant and their staff. We’ve been using them since he was just 3 months old, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. It’s such a relief to know that he’s being taken care of and loved every single day.
