There are a lot of things to love about Olam Tikvah -- the gorgeous building, the variety of programming, the breadth of Jewish experience represented by the congregants. What I find most impressive and has me keep coming back for nearly 25 years, is that services are largely lay-led. No cantor, no choir. Just a community of people praying and celebrating together. I mean, the rabbis are there and they are wonderful, but there is something truly special about members of the community stepping up day after day, week after week, to lead every section of every service. It is truly inspiring.
This my daughter's first experience in school & she is SO happy! She looks forward to going to school everyday & is disappointed when it's the weekend. It is such a warm, nurturing, family-friendly environment. I am so excited to send my younger daughter there next year 😊
