What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise the staff as professional, caring, and dedicated to child development. The organization is recognized for its community involvement and positive impact on children's growth. However, communication challenges and administrative concerns have been noted by some families.
I was at the CB Smith park where I MET LACEE … she was with the kids and they were VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF!! This is why I love my people !! She gave me all the informative info I needed !! Wow when I tell u I can just tell they are such AMAZING and professional people !! Man god bless them and their business! MS. WANDA BROOKS!! I met her as well! Very very kind. She gave me her card. Thank you for just such a ICONIC and impeccable experience from just meeting you all
The administrative staff demonstrates a lack in professionalism, avoids communication by way of phone calls, emails, etc and contradicts their mission with actions of being unjust and unethical! There should be hundreds of great reviews for as long as they have been a organization built around serving the community and children.
While there is plenty to do in Miami, this amazing organization should be global. From the front office to the individual & collective efforts of the staff, I am so grateful for the magnitude of empathy & attention I received. Mr. Blair is a jewel! He is a blessing to so many of us in the community resituating ourselves during these times of uncertainty. Thank you Concerned African Women for existing. And thank you Mr. Blair for embodying compassion, competency & professionalism in perfect proportion! - Tracy Brown
We love this program. My children attended and now my granddaughter has attended for the last 4 years. There are not enough wonderful words that can be expressed of the level of growth that children experience.
Found myself stuck with 27 chicken dinners and wanted to make sure they went to people who needed them. Was able to drop them off with the office and was very glad to hear we're eaten that night at a father's parenting group ❤
