Shot out to everyone at the westpoint location. My granddaughter started back in OCT and she has grown so much since she started. She e need to show some love to Ms. JJ for this, my granddaughter absolutely loves her and the growth and motor skills she has developed just by being in her care shows so much! I believe she goes above and beyond for her littles and we can’t thank her enough. We have had nothing but great experiences with all staff we have come to contact with there and we appreciate safe and clean place to have for our baby. You just feel the love as you walk in. My daughter started at compass daycare when she was 3 , and now in the Pre K . I absolutely love every person at this School from admin , teachers and staff . I know my child is well taken care and loved . They use pro care app which gives me updates all day on what my daughter is learning , eating , and any updates . It the best part of my day while I’m at work. Miss Kristina goes above and beyond in her class room , she communicates with and makes my kid who is really shy comfortable at drop off . She makes the curriculum fun and creative ! Miss Mayra always gives me an update at pick up and shows everyone kindness and love . They also take safety and cleaning super seriously and I appreciate that 💗
Since enrolling our daughter (when she was 18 months old) at Compass, we have been very pleased with the overall care she has received. It was a completely new experience for our family since our daughter had been cared for at home by family for her first 18 months. As with any new experience involving a young child, there were some growing pains at first. Mainly our daughter adapting to the new environment and new routine and some unexpected staff changes. Since she settled in and became comfortable our daughter has started to look forward to going to school and seeing her friends and her teacher, Ms. Jo. Ms. Jo has been wonderful and has made dropping our daughter off at daycare much easier on all of us. The other office staff is always pleasant and very responsive if/when any issues arise. The ProCare app works well for getting updated throughout the day on what’s happening in your child’s classroom. We haven’t had any major issues, but it’s almost inevitable that you will, at some point have something to discuss with any child care provider. It’s just the nature of the business I think. The true test is how the child care provider responds and communicates to whatever situation arises. I think you just have to be realistic and understand that nobody is perfect and most of the time they’re trying their best. I would give the Compass staff high marks in that category. Overall, it has been a very positive experience for our daughter as well as my wife and I.
I have been taking my son now for 2 years and he was done so great and loved his teachers! He currently loves being in Ms. Heather and Ms. Gomez's class! Always has nice things to say about them! My baby loves her teachers Ms. Erica, Ms. Rubi, and Ms. Aaliyah! Ms. T, Ms. Kristina and Ms. Brown are also the best, they are all so patient and caring with both my kiddos! I am eternally grateful to them for helping take care of my kids and shape them into who they're becoming!
