So incredibly grateful for Community Childcare and all of their staff!! Especially grateful to have such amazing teachers (Ms. Faith, Ms. Hannah, Ms. Sarah, Ms. Amber, & Ms. Monda) that love my baby and take such good care of him!!! I was VERY nervous as I was a new mother and having A LOT of separation anxiety taking my babe to daycare for the first time, however knowing he is in such GREAT hands I do not worry! I get regular updates about his daily activities, when he eats, sleeps, uses the bathroom, etc. I highly recommend Community Childcare for daycare!
Some teachers and staffing is good but the way the new director treats her employees is horrible. I’ve seen and been treated the same way. People are always nice to your face but behind closed doors it’s a whole different ballgame. Their curriculum is no bueno and basically its like a babysitting facility. I dealt with that place with my child until god opened another door for me and my baby🙏🏻 Thank you thank you. I’m not the one to write a review ever but again this place is just not for your child unless your just needing a babysitter.
My youngest has only been here for a few weeks and the whole time he was there has been a nightmare. There has been several times where they have gone over 4 hours without changing my son’s diaper then tell me my son’s butt is raw. One day he had a blowout and they changed his diaper and put shorts back on him that had poop in them.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don't watch the children. My child almost climbed over the fence outside because the staff had their backs turned, talking, NOT watching the kids. My child pulled the fire alarm one day. The manager calls me at work saying that she and I need to "discuss" that. Ummm. Discuss what exactly? The fact that my two year old pulled a fire alarm because his teacher wasn't watching him? Ever since he started going there, he was targeted. I actually heard a staff worker say "thank goodness, Lucas is leaving!!" one day when I came to pick them up. I am beyond disgusted with this daycare.
The teachers are great. The only issue is that I am constantly being called to pick my child up for a fever. I was venting to another parent & apparently they have the same issue. It's hard to keep a job when you have to leave almost weekly to pick up a supposed sick child. He is never sick when I get him home which is the same issue the other parent was saying. I don't want my child there if he is sick but I also don't want to pay for a service I am not getting. They should do a discount if they are sent home so many times in a month. I am currently on a waiting list for an alternative daycare because I cannot lose my job because I have to miss 2 days every other week
