Little Rascals

We have been bringing out 1 year old here about 6 months now and we absolutely love this daycare. I feel confident leaving her every day with enthusiastic, caring teachers and the new director is just amazing. She is always looking for ways to improve things and just continues to make it a better place to have your kids. Her teachers are always happy, calm, and patient.

Miss. Jasmine is awesome! She care for the kids and if you ever need anything she is always there to help. This is an affordable daycare and I have to say I trust them with my baby. She is 3 and when we pick her up she is always happy and having a good time there, friendly staff.

I would not recommend the daycare to anyone. Ms. Lydia in the infant room lacks patience, people skills, and hopes that all the babies just sleep all day. She never did anything. I could come in and see the babies in the same spot they were 2 hours ago. She's simply lazy and does not belong in childcare. The director is not approachable or knowledgeable. There were several ill babies in one week, but no one bothered to communicate that to other parents. We love our new daycare!

I want to publicly review Little Rascals of Hendersonville. My 15 month old son just got kicked out for being "aggressive." He has never bit, and I only received ONE note about it. No letter, no phone call, no parent teacher conference. ONE note. And the director told the teacher to write he was aggressive. I'll post a picture of the note below. Jamie Cardle is the new director and does not know how to run a facility whatsoever. She stated she met with the owners and they decided his last day would Friday. Just randomly decided because the staff is "unsafe." I'll save the eye rolls for later. They never greet anyone unless it is time to pay your tuition. They also complained my son couldn't keep shoes on so decided to go to Walmart and get him a pair and ask me to pay $10...after I send essentially the same pair and claim he doesn't wear them. But that's fine. My children also come home with snot noses and messed up hair. Sometimes with food in it. I waited about the tenth time to complain about this one. But, nothing was resolved. They still are a hot mess every afternoon. I am honestly very laid back and will put up with alot. But. .when it involves my children, get out of the way. Jamie has had an issue with us and never comes to us except in negative conversation. I have had two teachers message me saying they left due to the new management. That's neither here nor there though. Only positive thing I can say is it's affordable and the infant teachers were amazing!!!

The management here is terrible, they can never figure out how much I owe or what my bill is correctly. I don’t feel like it’s my job to do their books, and there owners are impossible to reach and don’t have a clue how the place is ran. I do love ms. Ruth and ms. Alyssa though! I can tell they really care. It’s sad that there’s no effort to help the infants sleep though. I know their schedules are all different, but it seems like you could dim the lights and play soothing music or something. The infant cribs are all lined under the bright florecen lights.
