However, several reviewers report significant difficulties reaching the office by phone or email, and some express concerns about lack of support services.
I will like to take the time and give a big thank you to Janeris Garcia for helping me out via email and her fast respond she was able to respond my questions and communicate to me very quickly. Thank you with the application for cap program.
I had the most difficult time getting in contact with this office for weeks. I had sent two emails with info on my serious issues regarding my OnTrack account. PPL supervisors are continuously urgently the importancy to get in communication with said office. Even the representative or receptionist isn't working said on reasonable working hours. Frustrating.
Terrible. Cannot get through to anyone. Calls and emails are ignored. The fact PPL forces you to go through these people for their own programs is ridiculous.
I’ve called four times since February. First woman was sweet as could be and said their legal advisors would call me… never happened. Called three more times over the course of eight months and each woman was meaner and meaner. “CAN’T HELP YOU, CALL THE COPS” *click*. Each time the cops came they gave me their info and now I just laugh when they show up with brochures while I’m covered in bruises. It is a vicious circle of zero help. These people don’t help at all. I was beaten while holding my infant and what did they do? Not a thing. (Posting under a false name to avoid retaliation, too).
I have been calling within their business hours of operations to try to reach the receptionist and every time I call I get a machine, so that either means that they don't have a receptionist or that the receptionist is not doing their job. I never heard of a receptionist not picking up the phone, normally when you can't get through to someone you get rerouted to the receptionist who's able to give you some information, this is not a good sign of professionalism.
