Very very helpful staff that helped me big time, I'm very grateful to this organization and those working in it.

This is the worst company I have every worked with, the weatherization crew, over filler the foam installation causing it protruding, damaged my ceiling with a ladder,spilled wax in my sink(didn't clean up or let me know)while putting foam covers on, incorrectly installed new back door x2, and still has gaps and hard to close, cleaned furnace, only to wakeup next morning with no heat, upon calling all pro I had to take pix send them and they walked me thru how to fix,installed air filtration which they put a large pipe across my hall cutting a hole in an outside wall, which when the head of the program came out to inspect, said it was done wrong and would remove and put one in kitchen hood,in which was the original plan, they installed it and a new hood, but it is very off centered, new hor water heater installed 5/7, Saturday work up to water spraying in my bedroom and closet,called project manager, took them 4 hrs to complete water shut off /repair,wet carpet, cabinet floor and drywall, didn't hear anything from them, so mothers day I personally remove carpet, drywall and dried out floor and cabinet, so I called on Tuesday, was told they knew of incident and was planning on coming out Thursday, 6 days after the incident, leaving damage and growing of mold thankfully, I knew what to do to remediate the situation, luckily I'm not the topical 66 yr old and could handle it myself, will never recommend them to anyone
