A very unsecured place with no plan of action for bad behavior. If your child gets bitten or hurt by another kid, NOTHING HAPPENS. They don’t care about your child safety, and they don’t have a behavior statement that tells the parent, what will be the process if your child can’t behave around other children. NOT RECOMMENDED… My daughter got bitten two times, and hit on her face on three different occasions and nothing happened to the problem child. My daughter has three different marks on her body that were not supposed to have, inserted by another child, and the day care personnel didn’t know what to do and how to proceed with the situation. The day care personnel are very uncompetitive, and careless about children’s safety.

My daughter has been enrolled full time Monday-Friday for over a year now. We recently enrolled our son and receive a $10 wk discount for adding a second child. We're very happy with Stars. The staff is very responsive and communicative when there are concerns or an inquiry. Stars is closed a few days annually for staff training, and during national holidays. There was only one snow day this winter. We are still charged some for closure days, but not full price. I appreciate the security, diversity and enthusiasm of staff, and variety of activities for the kiddos at Stars. Thank you all! My kids love you :)

My daughter was enrolled at Paws initially, we pulled her during the beginning of covid because of my employment. When I went back to work she switched to Stars and a lot of the teachers, assistants, caregivers, and administration went to Stars too, so she was already familiar with a lot of the faces! She's not even 2 and she can sing the alphabet song, many nursery rhymes, recognize letters, colors, shapes, can count to 10, and one to one count to five. She has also come out of her social shell being around children her own age. She has exposure to lots of cultures that she doesn't experience in our home, which is awesome! This staff is well equipped to TEACH!!! They DO have a lot of days "off" but the staff isn't really off, they're in trainings to be better teachers for the children. Families ARE charged for these days "off" and that's so the teachers can continue to receive trainings. The staff is friendly, loving, communicative, and are very good listeners! I'm positive they don't hear 'thank you' enough!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They charged me for 4 weeks that my niece was out sick out of 5 months. They accepted DHS and my co pay was $15.35 which I paid every week. Then handed me a payment plan sheet for over $700.00 . This place is a joke. Closed every other friday that parents are charged for. Also charged for days weather was bad and they were closed.
