We absolutely love Columbia CDC! The comfort and peace we have knowing our son is safe, learning, growing, being loved and hearing about Jesus every day is amazing. The CDC is more than childcare, they are preschool that teach life skills, routine and are educating your child at such an early age. All staff is so welcoming, friendly and genuinely care about your needs and family. Every day our son comes home singing new songs, learned how to be a friend and care about others. The confidence, skills, desire to read, work on puzzles and growth have been so impressive. Don't look any further, bring your children to the CDC!

I would recommend CDC to all my friends and fellow parents. It first attracted me with its beautiful library, two large outdoor play areas, and a diverse lunch menu featuring delicious and nutritious food. During our 1.5 years here so far, we have been surrounded by warm and friendly staff and teachers. To our family, CDC is more than just a daycare—it’s a community we are proud to belong to.

Columbia Baptist Church’s Child Development Center (CDC) is truly the best preschool in Falls Church. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this is more than just a daycare—it’s a child development center focused on whole-child growth. The teachers are warm, professional, and dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids can learn, play, and thrive. The curriculum balances early childhood education with plenty of opportunities for creativity, play, and social skills. All 3 of our kids grew so much in confidence, curiosity, and kindness while attending here. We also love the strong sense of community among families, and the way the school reflects the values of the church. It's a place full of love, joy, and care. If you’re looking for a preschool in Northern Virginia/Falls Church that combines quality education, caring teachers, and a loving community, I can’t recommend Columbia CDC enough. It has given our family peace of mind and our kids the best possible start.

We feel so fortunate to have had all three of our children enrolled at CDC. There is definitely a myriad of reasons why we continue to choose CDC as the place for our kids to learn and grow. The staff is amazing and truly work hard to make children feel a part of the community. The learning and play they have in class is so meaningful, and most importantly for the kids, feels fun. I love that my kids are happy to go to school each day and are able to be with teachers and friends who know and love them. I'd very happily recommend CDC to my friends and neighbors, it's been a fantastic community for our family.

Our child has really thrived at Columbia CDC, and the teachers are some of the best. Our babe is happy to see their teachers every day, and loves greeting everyone the moment we walk into school. It’s a wonderful facility, program, and curriculum. I can’t recommend Columbia CDC enough!
