This was our son’s third preschool. He is a very active little boy and struggled at his first two preschools, to the point where he was crying and said he didn’t want to go. His teachers have been WONDERFUL. Most of them have been there a long time and have actual qualifications for early childhood education. We’ve been there a year and couldn’t be happier. He runs in the door every day to see Ms. Syrina. She’s absolutely amazing with the kids, and finds the best ways to work with my son and his energy. He also loves the center’s assistant director, Mr. John, who is very involved in the classes and formed a special bond with him over Thomas the Train. Aside from how happy he is going there, he’s also learning a ton of social and emotional skills. He continues to grow academically and loves to show us things he learned that day. The school incorporates multicultural events and lots of outdoor play into learning. One day he taught me about the flags from two countries, because he’d learned about it that day. There’s a large park area next to the preschool and they go there frequently. He’s more than prepared for kindergarten, socially and academically. I also love that they don’t force him to sleep/stay on his cot for nap time (an issue at the other preschools). He’s allowed to play quietly after a short amount of time lying down. I think the lack of pressure helps- he now naps more often than not! Communication is also great, with daily pictures and a weekly wrap up email about what the center is doing. They have fun events for families, like an outdoor party in the spring and thanksgiving lunch. I really can’t say enough good things about the quality of the teachers there. I know Ms. Syrina and Ms. Kay love him like we do. Also a special shout out to Ms. Shanetta at the front desk, who was so reassuring in the early days when we worried something would go wrong. Once we finally stopped worrying, she’s now the person who keeps us on track of forms, reminds us of special events, and decorates the lobby with the most amazing seasonal decorations. We truly love Easter Seals. I’m so sad we didn’t find it sooner- it was actually recommended to us by a friend of a friend, who had similar issues finding the right preschool for their child with special needs. I wish they taught kindergarten so he could have another year!

This place is wonderful! I’ve had two children attend Easterseals Child Development Center. (21 months and 7 months). Both the infant and toddler staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so loving! All the staff know all the children and call them by name as we walk through the halls, even if they aren’t the child’s assigned teacher. Our toddler has especially blossomed under their care. We were at an in home daycare prior and this place is just so much better with activities, the daily schedule, learning, structure, and play. They get tons of outside time and do arts and crafts every day. Even the infant! The student to teacher ratio is amazing as well. The children get so much attention! I can’t tell you how happy we are to have found this place. I hope you are lucky enough to get a spot if you are looking.

Easter Seals is such a wonderful school. I feel so fortunate to have found it! The staff are fantastic and the various communication platforms are very consistent. My child looks forward to going to school everyday. Her teachers truly know her, and have built a wonderful relationship with all of their students. My daughter is thriving both academically and socially!

I cannot speak highly enough of Easterseals daycare! From the moment I walked in, I knew I had found the perfect place for my newborn. The staff here is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. What sets Easterseals apart is not only the friendliness of the staff but also their genuine dedication to the well-being and development of each child. But my all time favorite thing about this daycare is that they email you a detailed daily report as soon as you leave complete with photos of your little one. I’m so glad I found them, and they’re right on my way to work. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

The staff is really great there and nice but I think the place never gives good raises that’s only reason I didn’t stick around plus pay is low. They should be fair.
